Wedding Venues in St. Ives

I don’t even know where to start with Tregenna Castle and our wedding day. We had the most amazingly beautiful day and that’s down to all our vendors but mainly the staff and venue. All our guests commented on how beautiful the whole day was, how helpful and friendly the staff were, the food was out of this world and the setting was fantastic from start to finish. No question was left unanswered, even my silly ones. Our whole wedding day was just absolutely perfect, I couldn’t recommend Tregenna more if I tried, for your wedding or anything else, it’s absolutely incredible. Thank you for creating our perfect day ❤️

Firstly I would like to start this by giving our immense gratitude to every member of the team at Carbis Bay, especially the events team, Abi, Phoebe and Sofia have been exceptional in allowing us to feel wonderful, relaxed and taken care of on our wedding day. We had our ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception at the Beach/Wedding Hut and what an amazing experience this was, the scenery is to die for, the decor is beautiful and the general aesthetic of the entire estate is of superior class. We had the Gannet Inn and the bridal suite for the night before the wedding and the night of, I’d recommend for any soon to be newlyweds, especially with how looked after you’ll be by the team. The events team looked after us and our guests superbly, we were fully supported, kept in the know and respected with every decision of our day. I would like to also take this opportunity to thank the pastry team; our vendor for our wedding cake and dessert table fell through last minute, with the pastry team about to go home, they were able to stay and baked us a wedding cake that looked beautiful, tasted delicious and was completely perfect. I cannot express how thankful we are for such wonderful people to have taken care of us. This has been the happiest day of our life together, made all that happier because of every member of the Carbis Bay team who dedicated themselves to us. I would get married at Carbis Bay again and again. Truly so so grateful and happy to have called this my wedding dream made into reality. Thank you so much, every single one of you at Carbis Bay. We had our wedding here and OMG! We are not local so was a big decision for us to go down to Cornwall for our special day! Best decision we made. All our family and friends made the journey down we made a lovely week out of it. Maddie was our wedding co ordinator at the hotel is unbeatable, from the months before to the very last moment. every small details, everything was even more than we could dream of. We couldn’t of done it without her, such a credit to Harbour Hotels St Ives

We booked Polmanter for our wedding reception this spring and would highly recommend to anyone getting married! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, with great accommodation on site, the staff were so friendly and helpful too. They did everything they could to make us have the best day and best run up to the wedding - they were quick to respond and so organised which made planning so easy and exciting! The food was also incredible - the best we've tasted at any wedding - we can't wait to come back for a meal at the restaurant!

Thanks to the team at Chy-an-Albany our wedding day was fantastic. From the moment we popped in for a look to see what the hotel was like while enjoying a well deserved break in a cottage down by the harbour we were made to feel special. Paul, the Manager was great and full of helpful advise and assistance and throughout all our preparations he was there for us. The folder full of information he gave us on that first visit was very helpful, my only complaint was the choice of food - it was so good I didn''t know what to choose, we wanted it all, totally spoilt for choice!! The day was really special, full of memories and even the sun shone all day. I must mention Ellen the Restaurant Manager who was wonderful and there for us throughout the day and then again on the Sunday morning at that special breakfast we shared with all our family and friends who had stayed at the hotel on the night of our wedding. If your looking for a really special venue for your wedding where you''ll be looked after and where nothing is too much trouble then I totally recommend Chy-an-Albany Hotel, St Ives.

We held our wedding in St Ives as it holds a very special place in our lives. We have been coming to St Ives for over 35 years. We chose the Guildhall for the ceremony and were delighted with the great communication and support from Jen, talking through things was a great help and even helped with dressing the Chamber room on the day itself. We held our reception at the wonderful Porthgwidden Beach Cafe, where the amazing Will and his team gave us the perfect reception from start to finish. He took my ideas of a simple wedding and executed it above and beyond our expectations. Food was amazing and the view in the background of beach and sea married into our vision. A wonderful day thank you everyone St ives in our hearts Kathryn and Mark 💕💕💕
