We genuinely can’t even begin to explain how amazing everyone at Norwood was. From the very first time we went for our initial viewing, every single person was fantastic. We were given the time and space to walk around at our own pace, with absolutely no pressure or obligation, which immediately made us feel so comfortable. And once we decided that Norwood was the place for us, the experience somehow just got better. I think most people would probably expect that once you’ve been “sold” something, paid your deposit and signed the contract, the venue simply gives you what you’ve paid for. But Norwood is so much more than that. Whenever we visited for the Black Book supplier events, afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, or just popped in, we were always treated so amazingly. It genuinely felt like we were part of the Norwood family rather than just another couple who had booked their wedding there. I honestly can’t put into words how incredible the customer service is. As every bride knows, there are moments during wedding planning where you have a bit of a meltdown 😂. Whenever that happened, Rich was always there, happy to help, answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Then came the actual wedding day, and Olivia had promised me that she would take care of setting everything up so that I could just relax and enjoy the day. I trusted her, but I don’t think I could have imagined just how much effort she and the whole team would put in. The venue looked absolutely incredible, even better than we could have imagined, and it meant that we could genuinely enjoy every second without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. And then in the evening, Katie and the team kept everything going, making sure the vibes were right and everyone was having the best time. If there were any problems or things that went wrong, I genuinely have no idea what they were, because they certainly never reached us! From the first viewing, right through to the end of our wedding day, everyone at Norwood went above and beyond. They didn’t just provide us with a beautiful venue, they made us feel looked after, supported and genuinely cared about. If you want a stress-free wedding where the staff start to feel like family, choose Norwood. Honestly, do yourself the favour. You won’t regret it. ❤️

Honestly perfect. We don’t have a single bad word to say. Throughout the whole planning process, everything just felt so easy and stress free. Maia and Chelsea in particular were amazing. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble and all emails were responded to super quickly, always leaving us feeling reassured and calm. The venue itself is beautiful, so elegant. Our guests absolutely loved it and still cannot stop talking about how wonderful it was. On the wedding day itself, Maia and Chelsea made myself and my husband feel so special and calm. They went out of their way to make sure the day was perfect and kept checking in on us throughout the day. We honestly could not recommend this venue enough and the staff are wonderful (all staff e.g bar staff, everyone!!). The food was outstanding and we received great reviews from our guests. We genuinely believe it’s excellent value for money, the food portions were huge and not a single guest left hungry. The grounds are beautiful and made for amazing wedding photos. The day was so well organised and went so smoothly, it truly was the best day ever and we genuinely believe this was down to the staff and organisation by the venue. Would recommend this venue to everyone and will certainly be coming back in the future for special events e.g baby showers 🤍
