Amazing staff, incredible venue. All our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to, very accommodating to our needs and a massive shout out to Emma for her responsiveness with my many requests and Paul for being an outstanding host. Originally I booked a viewing whilst in Shrewsbury just to build viewing numbers. However we were absolutely taken by the venue style, beautiful but not pretentious and the genuine nature of the staff. 10/10 would recommend always. Wedding 6 September 2025.

The team at Wroxeter Hotel are wonderful and the venue was just perfect for our outdoor ceremony. From the moment we drove into the beautiful well tended grounds we felt calm, relaxed and just knew it was a perfect setting for us, our family members and our friends. The communication was excellent, planning meetings were clear and detailed, and our wedding co-ordinators were fantastic. The food was outstanding with all of our guests commenting on the quality, choice and presentation. We really can’t thank the staff enough! Arriving the evening before was wonderful and we were welcomed and made to feel calm and relaxed. Then the big day and the staff were responsive, supportive and so kind. To us it was the perfect Hotel and staff team.

We planned our Winter wedding in just 10 weeks with the expert help of Paul, Heather, Chloe and the team. Their experience and guidance was exceptional and helped make our day go very smoothly. They advised us step by step either in person, or by telephone or email. All our guests loved our venue, from the beautiful rooms which were decorated with tasteful Christmas decorations, to the fab food, the amazing scenery and the friendliness from all the staff who were on duty. We took advantage of all the guest accommodation, which was perfect for our friends who had travelled far or those who lived closer and just fancied a nights stay. We enjoyed the fact that the whole venue was ours for the day, including the bars, sitting rooms and all the outdoor space, this was the crucial factor for us and the reason why we chose Blakelands, add to this the beautiful setting in the Staffordshire countryside, it provided the perfect venue for our special day.

The food, ambiance, location and service just make this place the perfect package to hold your wedding. There are so many more people in the team we didnt meet personally who worked behind the scenes ensuring our day was perfect.

Richard and the whole team made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure me my husband and all our guest were happy and well looked after can u tell them all thank you. Also the upgrade to the master suit was just the cherry on the top of a absolute fantastic day thank you very much hoping to stay there again for our anniversary kind regards Mr & Mrs Butter We're planning to come back to Hawkstone soon to say a proper one, but in the meantime... THANK YOU! We had a wonderful day and have had nothing but compliments since on what a brilliant wedding it was. These compliments really should go to you and all the staff at Hawkstone. We were so impressed by Mike, Hayley, Howard and everyone that played their part. The little touches like offering to take nan back to the hotel in a buggy after the reception (and my exhausted wife!!) meant a lot. Hopefully catch you when we pop back soon. We had our wedding at Stanford farm on the 14.02.26 and it was simply the most amazing day! Everything ran perfectly and Keith was on hand throughout the day - we really appreciated having him there! Nothing was too much trouble and he just helped to keep us calm. It really is such a unique and special place! Our guest couldn’t stop going on about how beautiful a venue it was! We cannot thank all the staff at Hawkstone Hall enough for the huge amount of effort they put in to making our wedding day so special. From the minute we first viewed Hawkstone Hall, we knew we wanted to get married there and the day turned into everything we dreamed it ever would be and more. The stunning venue speaks for itself, but the staff elevate it to another level. Throughout the planning, all Hawkstone Hall staff were attentive to our needs and always there for us when seeking clarification and advice on how we could best deliver our vision. On the day itself, the staff worked tirelessly to set out everything we had planned for - from the significant number of candles presented along the aisle to all our wedding favours laid out immaculately for our wedding breakfast. A particular shout out to Emma who led the whole day expertly and the evening team who made sure we got our sparklers in despite the weather! We cannot wait to return to Hawkstone Hall over the years to come and would highly recommend the venue to anyone planning on tying the knot. It is the most beautiful of venues with a team fully committed to all their couples and always willing to go the extra mile!
