Thetford Farm Barn is set on an working arable farm in Lincolnshire. New to market, we call it 'Lincolnshire's best kept secret!"

Rustic original features and contemporary natural styling has created a beautiful blank canvas for you to decorate in your own way. Whether it is an outdoor ceremony amongst the wild flower meadow or an traditional ceremony your heart desires, our dedicated team are always on hand to help, so you can decide where to marry, where to dance and where to dine.

The Barns themselves have been sensitively restored keeping their original beams, double height ceiling and 20m long aisle, so you can really make the most of your special moment!

There are dressing room suites for the Brides and Bridesmaids and the Hayloft for the Groomsmen to distract themselves before the ceremony begins... Both on opposite sides of the Barn!

For your wedding breakfast, The Dining room has floor to ceiling windows that look out onto the enclosed courtyard. There are two bar areas for your convienece avaiable with drinks packages on request.

Our newly refurbished onsite accomodation will be available from Spring 2026! Until then, we have many local reccomendations for you and your guests to stay including a beautiful stay at Fletland Mill and our gorgeous 5 bedroom house, The Stables, sleeping up to 12 people.

We have a growing directory full of the best suppliers. So choosing from one of our selected caterers will be easy! We've ensured you will have the best quality at the best price for your day. Enjoy a wine tasting session and menu tasting all part of the preperation.

The venue is wheelchair accessible throughout, and completely pet friendly. We have a full professional sound system too, so you can celebrate with loved ones until the sun sets!

The price of your hire runs over 3 days, so there is no big rush!
