1. The West Mill
Warehouse-style wedding venues are a trendy choice and one we're totally obsessed with! The West Mill is a Grade I listed property that ticks all our industrial chic boxes - it sits along the banks of the River Derwent and has been restored to retain many of its original features and historic architecture, giving it a cool edge.
The Cotton Quarter is the top floor of this property and it can comfortably seat up to 160 guests for a wedding ceremony. Here, you'll have glorious views through Georgian-paned windows across Darley Park and the tranquil river.
After you've exchanged your vows, you and your guests can head to The Gallery on the ground floor for a drinks reception. It's a spacious room with concrete flooring, exposed brickwork and cast iron beams, but it has a lovely homely feel to it.
This venue even has a gorgeous dressing room that your wedding party can get ready in and overnight accommodation for up to 16 adults and 5 children.
2. Cathedral Quarter Hotel
Cathedral Quarter Hotel is a historic and charming Grade II listed wedding venue that would make a stunning space for you to get hitched.
If you're planning an intimate celebration with a few close family and friends, the Galleries has room for up to 25 guests to watch you exchange your vows, before making your way into the reception hall for cocktails and canapés. It features a magnificent centre staircase, mosaic floor and stained glass windows so it's sure to impress.
That's not to say you can't have a larger guest list at this hotel - ceremonies of up to 100 people can be held in the Opulence function room. Boasting plenty of decadent décor, it will make a sophisticated backdrop for your wedding photographs.
There are also 38 luxury bedrooms, so you and your guests won't have to travel far when the day comes to an end.
3. Amalfi White
Amalfi White is a Victorian building that was originally built in the 1890s - since then it has had an amazing refurbishment and is now a glamorous wedding venue able to host ceremonies of up to 90 guests and receptions with 150.
The star of the show is the Ballroom - as you walk down the aisle or take your first dance, you'll be celebrating below eight sparkling crystal and silver chandeliers which hang from the barrel vaulted ceiling.
This incredible wedding venue also has a city-style White Bar, brasserie restaurant and a romantic rose garden so there is more than enough space to explore with your guests.
If an uber cool city-style wedding day is what you're dreaming of, Amalfi White should definitely be on your radar.
Every inch of the property is breathtaking, from the glorious dining space and stylish bar area to the small details such as twinkling fairy lights and unique décor. Our favourite feature is the large brick ceremony room - with an oak roof, open fire and huge candle-lit chandeliers, it's the ultimate cosy and romantic space to become a married couple.
As for the food? You'll be spoilt for choice! Dining takes place in the Dutch Barn which has an open kitchen with a BBQ, French rotisserie, pizza oven and an outdoor ASADO. After an evening spent dancing, you and your guests will love watching a delicious feast being prepared over open flames.
5. Derby Museums
Derby Museums offers not just one but four amazing wedding venues for you to choose from - each completely unique!
First up there's The Museum of Making at Derby Silk Mill - a Grade II listed UNESCO World Heritage property which is the site of the first factory in the world. It has an industrial look and has undergone a £17m refurbishment, making it a sight to behold.
For arty couples, there are two beautiful art gallery locations - The Wardwick and The Strand. They'd make an amazing backdrop for your wedding day, where you'll be surrounded by fascinating paintings and artefacts.

10. The White Hart Inn
