Lux Vita Photography is a wedding photography company based in Reading, England. Owner Jack uses a mixture of styles and techniques to capture magical wedding moments in vivid detail. He is highly artistic and detail-oriented; he believes that your special day is too important to leave anything to chance. Jack is an associate member of the British Institute of Professional Photography and the Royal Photographic Society; he would be thrilled to put his enthusiasm and talent to work for you.
Services Offered
Lux Vita Photography offers a range of half-day and full-coverage options for you to choose from. Wedding package features and options include a pre-wedding photo session, a second photographer, an online gallery, a USB containing a selection of images, and more. Albums, mini books, guest books, parent albums, frames, and thank-you cards are also available for purchase.

How far in advance should I contact you?
You are welcome to contact me anytime, most of my customers contact me soon after they have chosen a date and the venue. Mostly between 6 months to 1 year before the wedding. Short notice works too
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Yes, berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, London, Sussex, Surrey and Nation wide
What is the charge for travelling?
No travelling charge within home counties and London area. Travelling to further area pricing on request. We travel (sometimes abroad) for photographing various projects for our clients

We employ a mixture of natural documentary and artistic fine art style to capture magical moments of the day. A keen eye for detail and thinking outside the box to tell the story of the day
What kind of equipment do you use?
Full frame DSLR for maximum quality and beautiful Dof/Boheh. Portable studio quality flashes with light modification for best lighting (lighting is paramount). Various lens for different scenarios
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, dedicated online photo gallery for viewing and purchasing if required. Photos are password protected for privacy with image slide show function
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

It depends on the wedding and the pre-agreed package. I communicate with customer and work together for their wedding day. If there is any extra request on the day, I'll do my best to accommodate

Perfectly Captured Our Perfect Day
I would highly recommend Jack to photograph your wedding. He produced an album of beautiful pictures that really took us back to the day. He was professional and communicated well throughout the whole process. On the day, he was organized and great with our guests. When it came to cover the more natural moments of the wedding, he was very unintrusive and let it flow. These shots were wonderful, and we didn't notice that the pictures were being taken.

It has been a very wonderful journey working with Lux Vita Photography, Right from the beginning to the end of our wedding, has been completely professional with quality of photos provided. He worked with us by coming to our home, discussed and showed us the outcome of our wedding photos to our satisfaction. Taking time to explain how our final Album will be looking after completion was an excellent opportunity we had with him.

Combining relaxed professionalism with stunning results
Jack is a brilliant photographer who will discretely capture the best of your occasion. His great humour and relaxed (yet ordered) approach made the photography into an enjoyable experience that added to the celebration. The end results were stunning and included all the technicalities you would expect from an experienced professional photographer.

Bespoke and personal photography
I would highly recommend Lux Vita Photography for your wedding photos! Jack and his assistant were absolutely brilliant on the day. Jack has been so kind, helpful and understanding from the onset. We were so impressed with Jack's bespoke and personal service especially when it came to designing our photo album. Callie and James, wedding at Trunkwell House
When we first saw Jack at a wedding fair we could not believe the quality of his work and how bespoke the album's looked. From start to finish Jack has been amazing. He made us both feel comfortable and at ease on our big day and during the months before, it was like having a family friend take our photos on the day! Wedding photos for a small wedding
Very happy with our wedding pictures, Jack got all the photos that we asked for, very quick to respond and easy to talk to and calls you a couple of days prior to the wedding to go through what sort of photos you are hoping to capture on your day, very professional and patient as we had alot of children that wasn't very co-oprative but the pictures still came out amazing, also his prices are reasonable and fair we only needed a photographer for an hour as it was a small wedding and some other quotes from different photographers was ridiculous, so overall very happy with how the pictures came back and Jack's services I would defiantly recommend.

A Professional and Friendly Service
Jack is a consummate professional through and through! He listen to our needs intently and made sure we had the shots we wanted both during and after the service. He even reccomended a local shooting location for photos which turned out wonderfully. He worked well with our families but was disciplined enough to ensure we stayed on schedule for the day. The photos that arrived are amazing and something we will treasure forever. We cannot recommend Jack enough for all his work!

Very fun to work with
Jack was a fantastic photographer, I'm in love with the photos provided. Some fantastic shots, and some amazing editing.
He ensured we had a variety of shots with us as a couple, and many shots of our friends and family enjoying the day.

Beyond expectations
we are so happy with our wedding photos. Jack was super efficient on the day to get the shots he had in mind and it was all worth it. Great packages, very high professional standards but what struck us most about Jack is that he is really proud of his work (rightly so), it means it was special to give that part of our big day to someone who was totally on board. My only regret is that I didn't book him from morning preparation till first dance! About the pictures, the one word on family and friends was "stunning". Thanks Jack for making our memories look so perfect.
