How far in advance should I contact you?
As soon as possible, a year is great but I sometimes have short notice availability so just send me a message

What is the charge for travelling?
There is no charge for East Yorkshire. Beyond this it is charged on a bespoke package basis, so please let me know the location of your wedding and I will create a quote for you

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
My style is relaxed, creative and storytelling. It is Wedding Photography that is bespoke to each couple.

What kind of equipment do you use?
I use full frame, mirrorless Canon cameras and high quality zoom and prime lenses to ensure I can capture those special moments even in low light. I carry on camera flash for the party fun as well
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, you will have a bespoke secure online gallery which can be shared with family and friends
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?
1 month

How do you charge extra time?
I usually just stay until the time feels right. I would only charge for extra time if the couple requested something specific beforehand, and this would be quoted prior to the day

BACS transfer or cash. Just contact me if you need alternative payment methods however

My style is natural, creative and storytelling. I will be capturing the magical moments that make your day unique, not posing formal shots. I get to know you as a couple, it's your day, your story

10/10 Couldn't ask for a better wedding photographer
Gemma is an excellent photographer, who helped to make our wedding day our best day ever! We first met Gemma when we did an engagement shoot - she made us feel so comfortable and able to be ourselves. She is so friendly, helpful and easy-going. No request was too big or too small. She quickly responds to any questions in the run up to the wedding and arranged a couple of calls to chat about our plans for the big day. She was more than happy to capture all of our requests including getting ready, father of the bride, a confetti shot, sparklers, shot ski and undercover waiter! We love our wedding photos and all of our guests have commented on how amazing the photos look. Gemma - keep being fabulous and we hope you capture many more happy memories. Newly engaged couples don't hesitate to book! :)

Gemma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better photographer experience for our wedding. Gemma was happy to create a bespoke package around the times that we wanted and offered a great price for this also.
We didn't really know what style we were looking for so didn't give Gemma much to go off, but the photos we received were absolutely beautiful and captured the day perfectly!
I was so grateful to have Gemma there on the wedding day, she brought such a positive energy and helped keep everything organised - despite the crazy weather we had too!

Beautiful photos
Gemma is amazing and from the first time we met I felt like I’d known her for years.
She made our day so special and although I don’t like having my photo taken, made me feel so comfortable.

Relaxed, professional and skillful
Gem's Instagram really appealed to the type of photography we wanted for our wedding. After speaking with her, I had no concerns about the logistics of the day at all. Gem was waiting for me to arrive at the registry office with a huge warm smile, I felt instantly at ease. She was absolutely fantastic with my 4 year old, who had refused to have her photo taken. We were led by Gem as both of us weren't confident in front of the camera however, from the photos this doesn't come across. Gem did an amazing job capturing our day and I even have photos of my daughter smiling! I would recommend Gem in a heartbeat to anyone. Our day was short, relaxed and captured perfectly by her skills and camera.

Gemma was simply amazing!
As a couple who don’t really like having our photos taken, Gemma made us feel so at ease and took the most beautiful photos without us even knowing. She’s kind and caring and she just fitted in perfectly to our big day!

A wonderful experience!
I cannot recommend Gemma enough. She was amazing with all of our guests, kind, friendly all while making sure to capture the very special moments of our day, which was exactly what we needed. Her direction was perfect, helping guide us which made for some wonderful photos that my wife and I treasure.

A wonderfully talented photographer!
We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos. Gemma is personable, friendly and blended in with everyone perfectly, and the wedding party in particular loved her. Excellent experience
What can I say! Gemma did the photos for our wedding day recently and they were amazing. From the moment we met her, it was very clear she knows her stuff and we felt very safe in her hands. She was professional and also a lovely down to earth person. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
