Hello, I am Rachel, a live Illustrator based in Nottingham. I travel all across the country to create one-of-a-kind illustrations of your guests on your wedding day.
Each Illustration is hand drawn and painted in watercolour, a sophisticated alternative to traditional favours that your guests will treasure for years!
It is totally unique to your day, and your guests will absolutely love it!
Each couple takes approx 10-12 minutes to complete, with individuals taking a little less and families a little more.
I have a no-sit policy - it is a quick photo then guests can continue to mingle, drink, dance and enjoy the wedding. They of course are more than happy to observe and watch their portrait being painted. Making this the perfect favour mixed with entertainment.
Each portrait, once dried, is then placed in its own protective sleeve, and placed on display ready to take home.
Guests are always thirlled to find their flattering portrait both stylish and complimentary whilst mainting realism to relflect the atributes of each individual.
I have three main packages, each one designed to suit your amount of guests and the amount of time you would like me for.
Bronze - 3 - 4 hours
Approx 30-40 guests completed.
Silver - up to 6 hours
Approx 60 guests completed.
Gold - up to 8 hours
Approx 80 guests completed.
This also includes a venue and cake illustration, and a detailed portrait of the couple after the event. These are completed prior to/after your day, so it does not take up any of the time painting your guests.
Paltinum - Gold +
This is the same as the gold but includes studio time to include extra guests. This can also include groups such as Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, large families etc. You also get a venue illustration and a detailed portrait of the couple after the day.
All packages include the happy couple who are painting a little bigger and I frame it on the day!
Each Package can be tweaked to suit what you need.
Travel costs can be added depending on location.

Meet the team
I am a lover of weddings so to be able to paint on couples special day is a true honour. I can talk and make friends with any one which is a huge plus when meeting hundreds of new people every week and painting their portraits.
I have been painting for over 30 years and am a trained childrens illustrtator. These skills have made it easy for me to be able to turn out quality illustrations as well as live entertaiment, letting the guests have a truely memorable experience watching their illustrations come to life!
I am Ashley, the Husband to Rachel and father of our two children.
I make sure Rachel packs her snacks, has a full tank of fuel and plans her jouney. I make sure everything at home is looked after so she can be fully commited to your day. I also am a trained accountant so look after all the numbers and boring bits that no one wants to do :)
