When selecting a wedding venue, the most important things for us were great food and a great band. The food at Shustoke is INCREDIBLE! Served generously feast-style so everyone can dig in and take as much as they want. All our guests commented on how amazing the lamb and the roast potatoes were. A guest with tricky dietary requirements commented on how much she loved her dessert, which she often finds difficult to enjoy when dining out. It was exactly what we had hoped for. We wanted lots of canapés too which went down a treat and the separate canapé board for us during the first look at the set up was a lovely opportunity to take a breath and enjoy a quiet moment together.

We had seen some venues that had strict noise limitations and knew that wasn’t going to work with our plans! No such issues with Shustoke, the dancefloor was full all night.

The team were very responsive to any queries and couldn’t have done more to ensure our day ran smoothly. The setting is beautiful, we had a November wedding and the candle light and fairy lights made it feel cosy and autumnal.

All in all, we had our dream wedding at Shustoke Barn and would highly recommmend.

We got married at shustoke on the 7th November 2024!!

The moment we stepped inside the beautiful venue we were mesmerised! The warmth of the walls that wrapped us as we toured the venue was just incredible!

The venue was a selling point but also so was the staff!! Becci, Emma, Kathryn, Ella & Holli were truly out of this world! Their commitment to us was unbelievable. From the onset the team welcomed us with open arms and guided us through every step of our wedding journey. The process was seamless and with the support of the team was so relaxing and enjoyable it made everything seem effortless is the most amazing way. It comes natural to the team at shustoke! The Day staff accommodated all our request and tended to ours needs, they could not be faulted one bit. The staff are just AMAZING.

The food was out of this world! Every single guest commented on the food, the quality, the portions sizes and presentation! The drink selection and wines were a great hit with everyone aswell!

My Husband & I, can not recommend this venue enough! They truly made us feel extra special and made every minute of our day extra special!

Wow! My partner (now wife!!) and I booked our first venue viewing almost a year ago - it was Shustoke. We came away from this knowing it was the one and delighted we didn’t need to look any further.

The planning was made easier by the Cordero app, where staff would respond promptly to our queries and handy payment reminders would be sent. We also had an excellent planning meeting and a couple of phone calls to ensure we were ready for the big day.

Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. The staff at Shustoke were incredible, and couldn’t do enough for both us and our guests. From setting up the entry way, to looking after my partner and I as we navigated the big day. The Barn really comes into its own in Autumn, with the twinkly lights and candles creating the most incredible atmosphere. I don’t know where to start with the food, we had the feast menu and were blown away by everything - our guests have been raving about it ever since!

The best venue ever to host a wedding! From the initial walk around, to the communication throughout via Cordero in regard to numbers, planning, food choices etc was exemplary! The team are so friendly and attentive and can’t do enough for you. The venue itself is amazing, we got married in October so there was a nice autumnal feel to the barn. Decorated beautifully, the food was amazing and all the guests said the same! An utterly fabulous wedding venue and it made our day extra perfect! The only thing I would change is that the venue charges for feast nights and taster nights for your food menu, we believe this should be included in the package! However, this was a very very minuscule improvement as we absolutely loved every moment of our day!

Shustoke Barn really was perfect! The staff, the food and all the little touches of the venue itself, we could not have asked for anything more.
We had so many compliments about the food, with so many guests saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had! Nothing was too much trouble and even little requests were met with ease.
Everyone always talks of the stresses of planning a wedding but I can honestly say that with Shustoke we had absolutely none. Communication was always clear and we knew exactly what to expect on the day and how are day would come together.
We would 100% recommend...it really was the perfect day in the perfect venue.

Beautiful venue that we fell in love with from the first viewing. The team are so friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. They
really know how to make great use of the whole venue and go that extra step to keep things running smoothly (even helping out with our own kids on the day so that we could enjoy things even more!). We had the most amazing wedding day at Shustoke Barn. The red-brick barn and courtyard is a beautiful setting that we instantly fell in love with. However, the stand-out thing about this venue is definitely the staff; from viewing and planning right through to the day itself. Emma was extremely kind and helpful, carefully planning our day and accommodating our personal touches. Kasey could not have been more organised, diligent and helpful as our on-the-day coordinator. All our dietary requirements, special requests and decor instructions were executed to perfection. Everything was taken care of so that we could just relax and enjoy our day, which we are so grateful for. All the food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Every one of our guests commented on the food and excellent service by all the staff. There is honestly nothing we could fault about this venue. Late night pizzas on the dance floor were a huge hit and we had the best day ever!

We booked our wedding in January, and got married in June. Despite our short engagement the entire process was stress free thanks to the Shustoke team. The team of planners were incredibly organised, attentive and offer an amazing service which many other venues charge premium for. Our day ran smoothly and numerous family and friends commented on how helpful, polite and relaxed the staff were on the day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing, we got such lovely feedback from so many of our guests. I really can’t thank the team enough.

We had our wedding reception at Shustoke Barn on 7th June and it was fantastic. All of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and the staff were so accommodating that it was easy to create the right party vibe for us. The team at Shustoke are a well oiled machine and there wasn’t a moment that we didn’t trust that they would deliver a great day for us.

The place was stunning, like something out of a fairy tale. The wedding coordinator was super helpful. We had to push our wedding date back a few times due to Covid and family circumstances and the venue was extremely professional and worked with us to make our day happen. Everything fell into place like magic. It was the most incredible day ever and everything I dreamed of.

I couldn't recommend Shustoke Barn highly enough. They pretty much only do weddings, day in, day out and it really shows. The staff know exactly what they are doing and the running of everything is seamless. They do virtually everything for you so it takes the stress out of the whole occassion. I think the only question I got asked from the staff on the day was who I wanted to introduce us.
The venue is beautiful, the food is brilliant and the staff are fantastic. The barn also has the added benefit of really not needing much in terms of decoration. It's not the biggest of venues but I think this actually provides a better wedding. Our dancefloor was packed all night and everyone was mingling. You didn't have groups of people in lots of different rooms like you sometimes get during the evening of some weddings.
