Shustoke Farm Barns is a rustic wedding venue set in the rural heart of Coleshill, Warwickshire. This 18th-century red brick barn has been transformed into a spectacular event centre by Cripps & Co. The barn is located within 20 minutes from the Birmingham and Coventry city centres, making it convenient for guests travelling from near and far.
Facilities and Capacity
The main event space at Shustoke Farm Barns is transformed for each element of the day, from a candlelit ceremony to after-dinner dancing. An elevated timber ceiling soars over flagstone floors, with huge oak beams and eye-catching glass detail. The gallery offers views of the copper-topped bar and an open courtyard. Our open kitchen allows guests to watch chefs in action from the dining room. This kitchen features a grill, rotisserie, and pizza oven, creating a dynamic and interactive dining experience as guests enjoy their meal. A state-of-the-art lighting system allows you to illuminate the room with fairy and candle lights throughout the day. Spotlighting can be used on dinner tables for your reception, while colour-changing LEDs are available to brighten up the dance floor in the evening. Expansive gothic timber and glass arched doors open out from the barn into a courtyard, where guests can socialize amongst ancient olive trees. They can keep warm around glowing fire pits and watch chefs cook up a feast on a giant outdoor barbecue. The barn can accommodate 140 guests for a ceremony and banquet and 200 for dancing, including 60 additional evening guests.

The barn is licensed for civil ceremonies, allowing you to host your entire wedding at this venue. You and your guests can look forward to delicious rotisserie cuisine and barbecued dishes prepared with care by the expert culinary team. The barn is licenced for music and bar services until 1 a.m., allowing you to make the most of your celebration. Parking and wheelchair-accessible facilities are also available for your convenience.

Wow the food is out of this world we had a feast night last October so we could experience the food and we fell in love we are big foodies and the food sold us!

What really made the day so special, though, was the amazing team at Shustoke Barns (especially Emma, our wedding day coordinator and Megan our night manager). From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and exactly how we wanted it. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Our August Wedding at Shustoke Farm Barns
The venue itself is stunning and so romantic; the high ceilings add to the emotional and intimate atmosphere, making it feel truly special. The courtyard is perfect for reception drinks and a cocktail hour creating a beautiful space for guests to mingle. The food received fantastic reviews from everyone - many saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had.
We couldn’t recommend Shustoke Farm Barns more highly, it made our day completely unforgettable.

Everything went smoothly, ceremony & all the food was gorgeous! Couldn't ask for anything more! Had the best compliments as we all throughly has the best day and I want to say thank you ever so much.
The best food, the best team, the most beautiful venue
We had seen some venues that had strict noise limitations and knew that wasn’t going to work with our plans! No such issues with Shustoke, the dancefloor was full all night.
The team were very responsive to any queries and couldn’t have done more to ensure our day ran smoothly. The setting is beautiful, we had a November wedding and the candle light and fairy lights made it feel cosy and autumnal.
All in all, we had our dream wedding at Shustoke Barn and would highly recommmend.

The moment we stepped inside the beautiful venue we were mesmerised! The warmth of the walls that wrapped us as we toured the venue was just incredible!
The venue was a selling point but also so was the staff!! Becci, Emma, Kathryn, Ella & Holli were truly out of this world! Their commitment to us was unbelievable. From the onset the team welcomed us with open arms and guided us through every step of our wedding journey. The process was seamless and with the support of the team was so relaxing and enjoyable it made everything seem effortless is the most amazing way. It comes natural to the team at shustoke! The Day staff accommodated all our request and tended to ours needs, they could not be faulted one bit. The staff are just AMAZING.
The food was out of this world! Every single guest commented on the food, the quality, the portions sizes and presentation! The drink selection and wines were a great hit with everyone aswell!
My Husband & I, can not recommend this venue enough! They truly made us feel extra special and made every minute of our day extra special!

Our fabulous November Wedding
The planning was made easier by the Cordero app, where staff would respond promptly to our queries and handy payment reminders would be sent. We also had an excellent planning meeting and a couple of phone calls to ensure we were ready for the big day.
Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. The staff at Shustoke were incredible, and couldn’t do enough for both us and our guests. From setting up the entry way, to looking after my partner and I as we navigated the big day. The Barn really comes into its own in Autumn, with the twinkly lights and candles creating the most incredible atmosphere. I don’t know where to start with the food, we had the feast menu and were blown away by everything - our guests have been raving about it ever since!
