I specifically sought out Bridal Suite as I fell in love with a dress by Essense of Australia and could see that they sold it. I was very eager to try it on. They had so many amazing dresses however in the end that dress was perfect. From start to finish the entire experience was outstanding. Alex and Chloe are the loveliest people you can meet and they both made me feel so comfortable each time I came back to the shop. They showed a genuine interest in my wedding and there was absolutely no pressure at all to buy a dress which was so refreshing. The dress was stunning, I had so many compliments on it, and as an added bonus it had pockets! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is in need of a wedding dress and I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful experience.

Bridie was just amazing! She helped my sister pick the right dress for her, and even brought in a dress to let me try on for my baby to see if the size fit. Nothing was ever an issue at any time! Absolute star

Nagma has been amazing throughout! From choosing the right dress, to the perfect fit. The entire process has been enjoyable and her attention to detail exceptional. I was a bit worried as I was an older bride as what would be suitable to wear. The staff were absolutely amazing. So supportive and positive with the dresses they had to try. This was just after lockdown had lifted and I was under pressure to find the dress for the day. The staff just brought out option after option and the prices were incredibly reasonable. The quality of the gowns and alteration service is first class and I can’t recommend this shop enough. It is not in a main city but the quality and service and attention to detail is absolutely the best. The choices of gowns and prices need to be seen to be believed. You are their priority and not just another customer. If you want individual attention and an independent honest advice then this is well worth looking at as an option rather than the larger well published outlets.

Yes, I would recommend because she is a really nice lady to get on with and she will always put herself out to make sure you get your best. You will get really good service and the dresses are really nice and there are loads of nice things to choose from, so I would definitely recommend her.

This wonderful shop is a "one stop shop" for wedding gowns and complete mother of the bride outfits - in all sizes. Everything is beautiful and as new and the owner, Helen, will make you feel so special and give you five star service. She also stocks some wonderful ball gowns, cocktail and cruise dresses. These are truly designer dresses at affordable prices. Well worth a visit - I know you won't be disappointed.
