Could not recommend enough!

From my first message to Jenni, the customer service we received was beyond excellent. Jenni went above and beyond to ensure everything was catered for and I could not get over how flexible and attentive she was throughout the booking process. On the day, Jenni did everything to ensure our guests had a fantastic experience, and even brought back up ice cream in case we ran out.

I will absolutely be using Jenni again in the future, and am so so glad we chose to have her company as part of our wedding day.

Amazing!!!

We booked Jenni and the Ice Cream Bike for our wedding last September. We decided to have icecream & sorbet instead of canapés and it was the best decision we made. Jenni was amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, she checked in with us, contacted the venue with her insurances etc and created us the most perfect personalised wafers. Everyone loved the bike & Jenni and the Ice cream flavours went down a treat. Jenni also took some lovely picture & videos throughout our drinks reception and make us a really cute video to watch the morning after the wedding. We cannot recommend Jenni & Ice Cream enough and we are very grateful to have had Jenni as part of our special day.

Outstanding addition to the day! ❤️

Jenni was truly an incredible addition to the day and brought so much energy and positivity - no one had anything but incredibly positive things to say. She was kind and fun and lovely to be around. Not only this, but the communication throughout and responsive nature was impeccable. As for the ice cream, it's the absolute best in all honesty. Guests were queuing for more (even in February) and it just kept on coming! Can't thank you enough or recommend you higher.

Perfect addition

Jenni was the perfect addition to our wedding, friendly, down to earth, and the ice cream is delicious! Huge list of flavours to choose and a few extras that can be done for that personal touch. Would definitely recommend over and over again.

Perfect Jenni & ice cream

We met Jenni at the tipi opening evening. So glad we did. We booked the bike & ice cream for early evening at our wedding . It was perfect everyone loved the ice cream, especially myself & hubby.

Tasty, went above and beyond!

Delicious ice cream options which everyone enjoyed and being able to add the personal wafers was a really nice touch. They went above and beyond after some confusion on the day about the venue and rung around to find the right place. Everyone enjoyed the ice cream and the props - perfect for a summers day!
