I believe every wedding should begin with a perfect, unique ceremony, and I’m dedicated to helping couples create beautiful, lasting memories.
As both a Celebrant and Wedding Stylist, I guide couples through the entire process to ensure they not only look and feel amazing but are relaxed and able to enjoy every moment. With a wealth of unique ideas, I craft extraordinary ceremonies that are truly one-of-a-kind. Each ceremony is thoughtfully designed to reflect the couple’s individual love story, with my full commitment and attention to detail poured into every event.
What sets me apart is the relationship I build with each couple well in advance of the ceremony, offering a level of personal connection and reassurance not typically provided in Registrar-led ceremonies. With me, couples know exactly who will be delivering their ceremony and guiding them through one of life’s most meaningful moments.
As a former Registrar with over 15 years of experience, I also provide expert advice on the legalities of marriage, helping couples navigate both the practical and ceremonial elements with confidence. This unique blend of legal expertise and creative freedom ensures a ceremony that is both meaningful and memorable.
Your wedding day is such an exciting time and I’m dedicated to making the journey even more special. I focus exclusively on ONE wedding per day, allowing me to create a calm, personal atmosphere with no rush or time pressure. I’ll be waiting at the aisle until you’re ready to go, and I won’t be in a hurry to dash away to another ceremony. I’m available to support you at any time, including any last-minute queries up to and including your wedding day.
Every couple also benefits from a rehearsal included in the fee, providing a chance to familiarise themselves with the ceremony flow, positioning, and even photo-perfect moments with personal styling tips - including how to master the iconic “dip kiss” pose! I don’t just deliver your ceremony, I’m also a wedding stylist, so I’ll ensure you not only look good but feel completely relaxed and truly enjoy your special day.
Having delivered hundreds of weddings - including multi-cultural ceremonies - I bring valuable insight into choosing the perfect location. I’m happy to advise on venue pros and cons and am based within easy reach of Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Derbyshire. I also travel further afield and even overseas upon request (some locations may incur travel expenses).

Amazing Ceremony!
From booking with Sue, she helped us with so much, including how to give notice, positioning in the ceremony, rehearsals, and most importantly helped us relax on what is a nerve wrecking day.
Sue pays attention to detail from what outfit she wears to coordinate with the wedding theme to including a certificate keepsake box with a bow on in our colour scheme.
Since our ceremony yesterday, we have had an overwhelming amount of comments from our family and friends, who were singing Sue’s praises and how she made the ceremony interesting and fun, including the selfie part prior to the ceremony to telling our own love story to all our guests.
I would recommend sue to any engaged couple looking for a personal but fun touch in their wedding ceremony. She is kind, professional, organised and we couldn’t have asked for more on our wedding day. Sue also ensures she books out the whole day for you as a couple so is very flexible. As a VERY nervous couple, she made us feel completely at ease and we cannot thank her enough.

I had no idea where to start in planning our ceremony and Sue was so helpful in helping us plan a ceremony that was so unique to us and helping us think of ways to incorporate our daughter into our ceremony - Sue also gave us the idea of having love locks in our ceremony which we love and are now a treasured keepsake of our day.
Sue was always very easy to contact and converse with and I found the meeting with Sue so helpful and really helped calm my nerves about the ceremony!
