Wedding at Strawberry Hill House

Grace and Ollie’s wedding reception on Saturday was a huge success and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. On behalf of the bride, groom and our guests we thank you and your team for all your work, particularly on such a hot day. From the moment we arrived at Strawberry Hill House for the champagne reception to the last dance it was an absolutely wonderful occasion. You set up the room beautifully, the food and drink were every bit as delicious as you served us here last September and you managed the evening perfectly. Several guests mentioned to us how attentive your team were throughout, even down to providing lots of water. All hugely appreciated.

12 July 2025 was a day to remember and yours was a big part of it. Very many thanks again.

Amazing experience for my daughters wedding

I can’t thank the Marriott’s team enough for their service and excellence. They made my daughter’s day very special and handled everything perfectly from start to finish.
The dishes were all made bespoke to our menu preferences, and the guests loved them!!

High quality food and service throughout the day

Regi was superb helping us plan the food for the day and very considerate of our budget and what would work within that. The private dining tasting experience was amazing in and of itself, and really helped us make up our minds on the menu, they were also great at accommodating dietaries.

On the day, everything was delicious and the service was amazing throughout, including the bar in the evening. We had some many compliments on the canapes and dinner and people kept saying how it was great full stop, let alone for mass catering and we agreed, it was as good as when Charlie cooked for the two of us.

The cheeseboard evening food was a great suggestion from Regi and super popular with out guests.

Exceeded all our expectations - delicious and highly professional

We chose Marriott's for a 50 person champagne reception and dinner afterwards. I looked at two other suppliers, and was satisfied that Marriott's was in the right price bracket, and had some good ideas. During the planning process Regi's experience was extremely helpful and very reassuring. His advice was very good, and the event went extremely well. The service was top class - most of our guests are used to this and were impressed by the discipline. The food was absolutely delicious, and adapted beautifully for different dietary requirements with no fuss or embarrassment to different diners, and no need for my intervention at all.
Regi exudes calm and professionalism, and really gives the impression that he loves nothing better than delivering your dream into a reality. I cannot thank Regi or the team enough - the attention to detail was staggeringly good.

Exceptional Service & Outstanding Food

We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding catering experience. Regi was extremely helpful from start to finish, attending to every request we had—nothing was ever too much trouble. He and his whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on the day, and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. The presentation was beautiful, the service was seamless, and the whole experience was stress-free thanks to their professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

Wedding catering

We booked Marriot's Events for our wedding at York House, Twickenham. Regi kept in contact with us throughout. The menu was adapted to suit the requirements of our guests who were all very impressed with the choices with no complaints. The service was second to none, and no request was too much, adapting to two guests who were mobility disabled.They were attentive to any guests' requests, and could have done no more. we definitely chose an excellent company to cater for our wedding, and our guests were full of praise for the service, food and courtesy provided. Thank you for making our day so special. It really was the 'Icing on the Cake'.

York House Wedding 2025

Thank you to Regi and team for a fantastic experience catering to our wedding at York House.

Right from the start, Regi was friendly, responsive and professional, arranging a food tasting at our home and being very flexible in relation to menu choices, dietary requirements and drinks.

The food and service on the day were amazing, really high quality and our vegetarian friends told us it was some of the best wedding catering they had experienced.

Overall a great experience, well worth the money and would definitely recommend.

They did a great job altering my wedding dress and was so helpful and easy to work with. they planed the alterations and then drop the dress back off afterwards was ideal! Thankyou!

Brilliant food, brilliant service!

We used Marriott’s Events for our wedding catering for 85 people and it was fantastic. So many guests have raved to us about how delicious the food was, people are still talking to us about it days later! As well as this, Regi went over and above to make sure our day was perfect. He was extremely helpful during the wedding planning, eg going through the timetable in detail with us and visiting the venue to check out how the day would work, and then on the day he was an absolute hero. We had a dry hire venue where cooking had to be done in a marquee outside, and Charlie and Regi saw to it not only that delicious food was served, but that drinks were free flowing, the room was set up as we wanted, everything ran to time, all our guests’ dietary requirements were catered for - they thought of everything we hadn’t and even helped out the other suppliers, and the day was perfect as a result. I am recommending Marriott’s events to everyone!

The perfect caterer!

We couldnt have been happier with Regi and the team from Marriotts catering. Not surprisingly we were worried about the food for our wedding - i suppose most are. However, that nervousness soon faded away as Regi and the team started to get going . The food was amazing and plentiful, we received so many positive comments from the guests. Not only was the food fantastic, but the whole team was amazing, particularly Regi - who went above and beyond to do everything he could to make our day special. We didn't have a big budget, but what we received made us felt very special. You couldn't go wrong with using Marriott's - we are so happy we did!!

Lovely people, lovely food

Regi was always willing to go the extra mile and Charlie’s cooking is fabulous. We were really pleased with the quality of the food, particularly given the number they were catering for, and feedback from our guests was unanimously positive. We would 100% recommend!

Quality - Flavour and Happiness

Since the testing day Regi and Charlie was very attentive and open to understanding our needs. On our weeding day everything was more than perfect I couldn’t ask for more all the service including the staff happy and helpful. And most important food yes food was delicious and very testy our guests enjoyed so much! Me and James want to thank you very much Charlie and Regi for making our special day even more wonderful. Highly recommend Marriott’s for food, service & professionalism

Excellent service from the food tasting, which was organised and impressive. On the day of event Regi & team were outstanding! The tables were laid beautifully. Each table of 8 was served by 4 waiting staff perfectly. We had over 100 guests and many commented on how delicious the meal was… every single plate was clean!
The whole evening was perfect. Would highly recommend.
