Due to us picking Millbridge Court as a venue, we were then told that Kalm Kitchen would be our vendor for food & drink. We initially met with Ashley via teams, and were immediately put at ease by her knowledge and tips she offered about the day itself.

We then had a details night where we were invited to go and try the food menu. Ashley was extremely helpful and attentive, and no question was left unanswered. We then deliberated on which menu we went for, and again were supported by Ashley during the process. She was patient with us and even helped with a couple of last minute amendments we needed to make past the deadline which put us at ease.

On the day we were looked after by Molly, who kept the day running extremely smoothly despite changes in timings due to delays and the inevitable hiccups on a wedding day. We were made to feel like absolute VIP’s, and Molly was always on hand at any given moment to help us with any queries or requests which again helped make it the most perfect day.

Kalm Kitchen catered our wedding at Millbridge Court on 28th June 2025, and we honestly have nothing but praise for them!

The food was absolutely incredible, beautifully presented and delicious. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests since, which means a lot considering we had a mix of Spanish, British, and Caribbean foodies in the room! The lamb, the veggie wellington, brownies and late night burgers were real standouts.

We also loved the menu tasting date night, it was such a fun experience that got us excited for the big day. On the day itself, the Kalm Kitchen team were fantastic. Everything ran so smoothly, and they helped make the whole day feel effortless.

From start to finish, the KALM team made our wedding day absolutely perfect! They were incredibly helpful and attentive from the very beginning, offering support and guidance as we planned the details. On the big day, they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The venue looked stunning, thanks to their beautiful setup (and our amazing Florist!!). Every detail was carefully arranged, and it added such a warm and welcoming atmosphere to our celebration. The food was absolutely delicious — everything from the appetizers to the main courses exceeded our expectations.

What truly stood out, though, was how considerate and caring the team was toward us. Throughout the day, they checked in on Chris and me to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed, which was so appreciated.

Kalm kitchen catered for our wedding last year and there were significant issues:
- guest found plastic in his dessert
- food came out cold and undercooked
- food took a long time to come out
- even planners did not communicate or respond to emails

The price we paid for this service was very high for what we got. We had a two day wedding and used a different caterer for the second day. They are not equipped to host weddings any bigger than 50 people and the quality of food is not good!

The most amazing caterers! I cannot thank Kalm Kitchen enough, they were outstanding from start to finish.
The planning was absolutely perfect, our dedicated rep was on hand whenever we had a question and even when she wasn't around, someone else responded on her behalf.
Everything was recorded on the portal for ease of reference. Our rep was so invested in our vision and helped it come to life!
On the day, I nearly cried at how amazing everything was set up - KK went above and beyond and out-did anything I could have ever imagined/wished for, everything was executed perfectly, from the set up of the bar with the attentive staff, to the wedding breakfast and the late night snacks - we had SO many compliments saying "that was the best wedding food we have ever had!"

From the start of the process to the big day itself, Kalm was absolutely fantastic. The menu tasting was an enjoyable experience with other couples, featuring a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The communication from the team was excellent, and on our wedding day, the attention to detail was remarkable. The food was extremely tasty, and the team went above and beyond to make our day special. Thank you, Kalm.

We chose Kalm as ir was one of the providers we could choose from at the venue. Food is always presented beautifully and they delivered the breakfast for bridal party, cocktail and the wedding breakfast. We also joined for the trial and food was overall very good although we were a bit disappointed with some things.
The portions are not massive, we warned our guests to have a big breakfast for the same reason and it was ok but bear this in mind, especially with alcohol flowing.
The trial portions are the same you will get. Our trial was for about 20 people and we couldn’t try all the cocktail food as they had exactly 1 per person. We flagged this and the kitchen team were able to provide 1 of the 2 items we couldn’t taste.
During trial we wanted to like the beef but this was dry. Thinking of how this happened in a 20 people setting, we were concerned in a bigger group it would not be nice so decided to choose the chicken. On the day it was alright but not exceptional. The salmon micuit was amazing and everybody loved it. Their vegetarian options was initially limited but upon discussion with Megan, who was amazing, we were able to chose different options for them, without prize changes.
The breakfast for the bridal party las lovely, beautifully presented and they were also able to accommodate for allergies, preferences (I asked for oats instead of yogurt) and quickly to adapt as we needed non dairy milk and got us some within minutes.

Special call out to the team on site who went above and beyond and helped me cut the removable sleeves of my dress, definitely a bonding experience! They also helped during the pizza cutting and if you are considering this, take it as a sign, the pizza IS AMAZING. There were some pizza lovers who claimed it to be the best they had in years. Overall a fantastic vendor we just hoped we had bigger portions and more choice around menus as we had different nationalities attending

We hired Kalm Kitchen for our wedding at the Walled Garden at Cowdray and were impressed with the team from the moment we first contacted them. Kalm’s customer service was exceptional, in particular, our main contact Frankie, who was very responsive and friendly.

Our canapes were delicious and so beautifully presented, we had loads of compliments on them, and many of our guests said our food was the best they had ever had at a wedding.

The ability to put our own touch on the menu made it even more special. Whilst the original choice of starters was great, Kalm let us develop our own starter and our guests raved about it. It was brilliant to create a menu that reflected us a couple.

Our tasting session at Kalm’s headquarters was also an amazing experience and the chef team were super friendly and helpful.

The food was perfect, and we really recommend Kalm to anyone considering them for their wedding day!

Kalm Kitchen were the caterers for our wedding and they were truly superb. We had calls with them prior to the wedding to go through all the finer details of the day and they were so helpful! First we had Frankie and then Ashley - both were super knowledgeable and guided us through how the day would work.
We trusted them completely.

The taster evening was sublime - it was very difficult to choose between the different options, as all the food was so good!

On the day, Mike was on hand to co-ordinate everything. He is a superstar! I can't speak highly enough of Mike. He went above and beyond and even calmed my nerves in the morning. During the drinks reception, he stood with us with a platter of canapes to ensure we had eaten some food, allowing us to take a moment to ourselves. He kept everything running smoothly and was just amazing!

The day was perfect and I can't thank the Kalm Kitchen team enough. Everyone loved the food and the staff were amazing!

Honestly could not ask for better caterers for our wedding day. Kalm Kitchen did everything they could to create our perfect wedding menu and they did just that, accomodating our specifications perfectly. The whole process was super easy and the team are friendly and very responsive. The staff on the day were also excellent. We had so many compliments on how great all of the food and drinks were, can't thank the team enough!

Kalm catered our wedding in October at Millbridge Court and were awesome. We had tons of compliments on the food and they made the whole process straightforward and relatively low stress - from helping design and tweak our menu, to keeping on top of organisation in the run-up, to setting up on the day. All in all, a top team that we feel grateful to have in our corner on our big day!

Thank you so much for helping create such a special day for Chelsea & I. It was everything we could have dreamed of. We are soo lucky to have been able to avoid the British summer rain and get the day we dreamed of outside.

My husband and I used Kalm Kitchens for our wedding catering at Millbridge Court, Frensham. The team was absolutely brilliant from the initial stages and throughout the big day. The food was consistantly gorgeous and they did extremely well feeding my large wedding party with hot, good quality food. The canapés were amazing and their stone baked pizza was the best I have had. So happy with their service. Thank you again!
