Mary Ann O’ Brien pursued her passion for high-quality chocolates from her kitchen in Kildare, Ireland, in 1992. Her young daughter Lily was her unofficial assistant, looking on as her mother founded an enterprise, and so the company was named in her honour. From there, this chocolatier has gone on to build an internationally-renowned enterprise that is centred on quality ingredients, exceptional flavour, and family values.
