Rhia Rose Makeup Artist is available for bridal beauty sessions in Kent, Essex, London, and surrounding areas. I am also available for destination weddings.
I also run a sister brand, Gels by Rhi, where I offer luxury Gel and BIAB/Hard Gel nail care from my home studio in Southfleet. Brides who book their makeup with me receive an exclusive introductory discount on nail services.

What services do you offer?

What is included in the wedding package?
I am able to tailor my services to you as an individual as each of my brides has a different vision. It's best to get in touch for a bespoke, no obligation quote
How far in advance should I contact you?
I recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your wedding date. I usually book trials no more than 6 months prior to a wedding day
Do you work at homes?
Yes
What is the charge for travelling?
Mileage is charged at 0.70p per mile after 10 miles from DA13. Any tolls/ parking fees will be charged to the client
What is your main business area?
Make up
Could you stay with the bride until the photo shoot?
Yes
How many people can you beautify for one wedding?
The maximum number of faces I can do on a wedding morning is usually 6. However, this is dependant on time constraints. I have a select few artists I can call on if assistance is required
Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?
Yes
What are the forms of payment?
I accept payment by both bank transfer and cash

Flawless Bridal Makeup – Rhia is Amazing!
I cannot thank Rhia enough for the absolutely brilliant job she did on my bridal makeup! She perfectly brought my vision to life, creating a look that made me feel amazing, confident, and completely comfortable. I received so many lovely compliments throughout the day, and it’s all thanks to her incredible talent.
Not only did Rhia make me feel like the best version of myself, but she also worked her magic on five other women, making them look and feel stunning. She arrived bright and early, kept everything running smoothly on such a busy morning, and brought such a calm, positive energy to the day.

Would recommend to anyone!
Rhia was possibly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. Having never had my makeup done before, I came to her with no real idea of what I wanted and she was able to make me look and feel better than I could have ever imagined. Both of my bridesmaids had also never had their makeup done professionally before and we all barely ever wear makeup so we were a bit nervous but Rhia made us feel so at ease. She elevated our natural looks without making us feel like we had a lot of makeup on which made us feel so comfortable. Rhia was so accommodating as I was breastfeeding my 3 month old while having my makeup done. She worked around us and spent the time chatting about her own daughter which was so lovely. When it came to getting dressed, neither myself nor my bridesmaids could work out how to tie the corset on my dress, but Rhia came to the rescue and helped us! She really is an asset to have on your wedding day and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
I looked around at a number of make up artists and wasn't really sold on anyones work, but I still requested quotes from people. I assumed all make up artists would have similar styles and maybe I just didn't like the look of a full face of make up. It wasn't until I came across Rhia's Instagram page that I realised how beautifully natural you can look with a full face on. Rhia was the most reasonably priced out of all the quotes I received, very lucky considering she was the only one whose work I loved.

Perfect MUA
Make up was something I was nervous about as someone who doesn’t wear make up very often.
Rhia put me at ease immediately on first meeting - she has a very calm nature, and listened intently to my ideas.
The look she created at the trial was fab, but the communication doesn’t stop between trial and wedding day - there was some small changes I requested which Rhia gladly acted on, and the final look on my wedding day was absolutely perfect.
I felt so confident and an elevated version of me - people were complimenting me all day!
My make up lasted amazingly well, through wind, rain, many tears and energetic dancing!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rhia for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the trial to the big day, she made me feel so comfortable and asked all the right questions to really understand my vision and the overall vibe for the big day.
On the wedding day, Rhia was punctual, professional, and excited! My makeup was flawless, natural and lasted all day, through tears and dancing.
I have never felt so beautiful.

Calm, Friendly & Exceptionally Talented

Communication beforehand was always warm, friendly, and professional. My trial went amazingly, I knew straight away I was in safe and capable hands.
On the day, Rhia arrived bright and early. She brought such a calm and friendly energy and kept everything running smoothly. My makeup was exactly what I wanted, truly flawless, and it lasted all day and night!

What a gem!
From the moment Rhia walked in the door, ie 5am, she was full of great vibes! Sooo professional!! I had no worries at all. Hit the ground running. She was sooo nice and supportive throughout! I only looked at a few MUAs and Rhia jumped out at me.
I never wear a full face of make up and I was apprehensive about how it would look.
Rhia was so calming and personable and put me at ease. She listened to exactly what I wanted and took on board the theme and general look of the dress and day to allow the make up to enhance that.
I didn't feel overly done up and had exactly that soft, timeless look I wanted.
She is professional and knowledgeable, giving good advice to lead up to the wedding for your skin (and general wedding admin).
Further, on the wedding morning, it was a pleasure to have her in the room, she was one of the girls and I had a peaceful, lovely and special wedding morning with her making me look and feel my best self.

She’s so friendly and easygoing and really made me and my girls feel at ease from our first zoom meeting, during the trials and the wedding morning. We got on really well, she was a pleasure to have around on the morning and chat with. It was like having a mate around.
She was also super adaptable to any changes we all needed, was patient, great attention to detail, and absolutely nailed everyone’s makeup on the day.
I absolutely LOVED my makeup, it was stunning, especially the eyes, they were so perfect. My skin had never looked so flawless And it all lasted all day, which was especially good since my wedding was such an early start! My girls and my mum also all looked amazing!

Rhia is amazing!
Booking my wedding MUA was one of the first and most important things on my to-do list. I spent a long time trawling the internet and social media and just kept coming back to Rhia’s page - I knew she was the right MUA for me. From first meeting Rhia at my trial she made me feel totally at ease - like chatting to an old friend, listened to my requests and made my vision of natural glam makeup come to life. Rhia asks questions to get to know more about you, your wedding day vision and your skin. She uses high quality skincare products to prep your skin, addressing any concerns you have as well as using a selection of luxury make-up brands to create your look. Rhia was very flexible in adjusting the wedding morning schedule slightly when we realised my hair clashed with my makeup slot. She was always responsive via email with a professional yet laidback approach. My mum and bridesmaids couldn’t believe how relaxed the morning of the wedding was and Rhia’s calming presence definitely played a big part in that! My mum and mother-in-law had never had their makeup professionally done before so were initially a little nervous but again Rhia listened to their requests and they were both so pleased with their looks. Rhia’s help with non makeup related things (putting my shoes on and drying bouquets) on the wedding morning was invaluable and again just helped in keeping the morning stress free. The only touch up I needed to do during the day was my lips, even with all the dancing!
