Our wedding at High Rocks is just around the corner, and before the big day I wanted to share how outstanding the service has been throughout the entire planning process. From our very first meeting in early 2023 right up to now, the team have been nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail have exceeded all expectations. Nothing has ever been too much trouble—whether it’s a big decision or a small question, they are always at the end of the phone, ready with reassurance and clear answers. Their “above and beyond” approach has made planning feel smooth and stress-free - I’ve enjoyed every second of the planning process and a lot of that is thanks to how much is sorted by the venue! The wedding packages include the venue, all food (breakfast and evening food), toastmaster services, cake cutting, table linen and cutlery etc, dj, drinks, exclusive use of high rocks area on the day for photos, minibus for guests to hotels, white taxi for bride and groom, and a complimentary meal before the wedding. I have eaten twice at high rocks so far - once with my bridesmaids for lunch, and once for dinner with my fiancé for our complimentary meal. Both times I was blown away by the service and the food, we all felt extremely well taken care of and the food was delicious. We cannot wait for our wedding day, and if the planning journey is anything to go by, we know it will be unforgettable. I’ll be posting a follow-up review after the wedding to share the full experience, but for now I can wholeheartedly say that High Rocks has made us feel completely supported and excited for our special day.
