Danni amd Jemma were wonderful - they listened to everything that we wanted for our wedding, and ensured it was executed to perfection.

We saw the Wellington Arms on our first visit to a wedding fayre and we loved it so much that we booked it on the spot.

The food was delicious, the attention to detail was perfect and we have memories that will last a lifetime. Above all else, we wanted a fun wedding and we got exactly that.

When we first made contact with The Wellington Arms we dealt with Gemma and Danni. The ladies were a great help from start to finish. They are friendly and helpful. They gave me such good advise on the planning. They even thought of things I hadn't thought about and these small gestures made the day even more special. The communication throughout the whole organisation process was perfect. The wedding took place on the 30th of August, which started out with a rain warning. Gemma assured me that they could get the ceremony inside at the first sigh of rain but carried on with our wishes to be outside. The weather held off and we got our wish. We had a wonderful day. Gemma worked with us all day and it could not have gone any better. She was happy, helpful and attentive all day. "Thank you Gemma you put the special in our special day". The venue is beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff are polite and helpful we has exceptional service from Kirsty and the rest of the serving team.
In the evening Ava took over looking after us and she went above and beyond to make even the last minutes of our day end well.
What a great team and a great venue. We can not thank you enough.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dani and Jemma both absolutely lovely!

Of course, it wouldn't be a real wedding without a few hiccuevery possible scenario had been thought through and planned for. We had originally planned to have our ceremony outside in the Rose Garden, but unfortunately, due to heavy rain, we had to move it indoors. While it was disappointing, the transition was handled so seamlessly that the day still felt magical and perfect.

Jemma supported us through the entire planning and organising process. She made everything possible with such ease nothing was ever too much trouble. She handled it all with a big smile and the most positive attitude.

On the big day itself, Dani was an absolute star. She was there every time we needed her, checking in on everyone and making sure everything ran smoothly.

We’re so grateful to the whole team for making our day so special and unforgettable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The Wellington Arms was the dream venue with the dream team. Jemma was absolutely incredible, I feel blessed to have had her as our wedding co-ordinator. The day itself ran absolutely perfectly and she couldn’t do enough for us ! Outside of the day itself Jemma was available 24/7 to answer any questions and rectified any queries that we had.
Our wedding day was pure magic from beginning to end and this is all down to the team at The Wellington Arms. We wanted to put our own spin as a couple on the day and the team were so accommodating and so unbelievably professional but most of all SO approachable and I really felt like they wanted the best day for us which is rare when looking and booking venues.
Thinking back on our day, it was a dream, a day full of love and laughter and a large chunk of that is down to Jemma and Danni. Thank you both so much for making our dreams become a reality.

I’m not even sure where to start. The Wellington arms is not only an absolutely beautiful setting and location, but it’s filled with the most amazing staff. Throughout planning Danni and Jemma were there whenever we needed them. We only planned one wedding, but they have helped so many couples achieve their dream day and nothing was too much. If I needed help they were there and not only did they provide a service to us, but they became friends. On the day I felt supported, cared for and like I truly mattered. From them, to the bar staff, waiters, hotel staff and everybody we came across on our day they were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They are all a credit to the venue and all I can say is please consider the Wellington arms for your special day. We will definitely be back to see everyone and thank you all for everything.

Jemma and Danni, what a top team. Wanted for nothing and they were there all of the way in helping and supporting us to and during our wedding day. Gorgeous venue, brilliant staff, stunning food. Struck GOLD when we picked the place, and the VfM was right up there. Will definitely feature in our anniversaries to remind us of so special a day. Not able to be bettered.

Dani & Jemma the wedding co-ordinators understood my vision for my wedding and knocked it out the park. All the little details and personal touches we were able to add made the day so perfect.

Where to start! From going to the wedding open day, to our big day, everything was perfect. Jemma and Danni we're fantastic. The run up to our wedding day, Jemma and Danni we're great constantly keeping in touch with us, answering any questions we had. The wedding morning itself ,Jemma made me feel so relaxed, checking if we needed anything, Jemma even brought the bridal party up a great breakfast spread and drinks. The food was amazing and catered for any dietary requirements we had. The whole wedding day was perfect!! We would highly recommend The Wellington Arms to anyone looking for a brilliant wedding venue.

We got married here February 2025 and I honestly can’t recommend this venue any more. Dani and Jemma were amazing. They made sure our day was absolutely perfect. Never once did I worry or stress that something was going wrong. They were on it from the very first meeting to the end of the night. It really is a beautiful venue with fantastically hard work staff. We plan on returning for our 1st anniversary to celebrate!

I can not express who amazing the wellington arms is for a venue, the Waterloo Suite is amazing place to have your special day big enough for our 120 guests. The food was absolutely incredible and had many compliments from our guests at how good the food was. Not only that but the hotel rooms aswell are amazing very spacious and modern and had many guests say how incredible they were. We got married outside in the rose garden which was beautiful and very picturesque. The grounds at the wellington arms make for lovely pictures and am extremely happy with the pictures we got. Now a special mention to Jemma who was our coordinator and she is what makes this venue incredible everything we wanted we got, nothing was ever to big or small for jemma the build up to the day she made me at ease by going over everything we needed to. All questions answered in a timely manner. She was also there from first thing in the morning until after our first dance to ensure everything ran smoothly I did not have to worry or think about anything ln the day and for a extremely anxious bride this was everything. Price wise for this venue was incredible for what we got and stood above many other venues we enquired about I would highly recommend this venue. If we could do it all again I would do it in a heartbeat. I'd like to also say how they catered especially for our disabled son which put us so much at ease and we can not wait to visit again soon. The staff were all extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our day so special.

They all went above and beyond to make our day special, I stayed the night before with my bridal party and with our ‘furmaid’ bella the dog and they was amazing with her it’s all dog friendly which I loved! What to say but WOW, The Wellington Arms is an amazing & special venue. We had recently moved to Hampshire and did not know many venues but had driven past the Wellington Arms on many occasions. One day we decided to have a look and from that day we never looked back and fell in love with this venue. It has got everything that you would need and want from a venue.

We chose the have our wedding in the rose garden and would highly recommend this. It is a lovely enclosed area with a wooden canopy/barn with views over a wheat field, having grown up in the countryside it made it feel like a special connection for both of us. Luckily for us the sun was shinning down on us throughout the ceremony and that just added to the day.

The reception was held in the Waterloo suite this part of the venue was amazing it is a blank canvas that you can definitely add too to make your wedding exactly how you would like it. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was.

The extra advantage of the Wellington Arms is that is also has a number of wonderfully present hotel rooms we stayed in the Copenhagen suite which just made the day extra special.

The food was amazing and the compliments go to the chef, we chose the beef Wellington and would highly recommend this. Also thanks to the chefs for accommodating our guests with special dietary requirements with no extra issues. For the evening food we chose beef and pulled pork burgers and again this was a great success with our guests, with a number of guests saying this was the best food they had every had at a wedding.

A big big thank you to all the members of staff at the Wellington arms they made the day run so smoothly, including the staff getting involved and dancing to the Macarena at the end of the night behind the bar.

A special thank you to Jemma, Danni & Josh who did an amazing job, they made both of us feel extra special and where so friendly also helping us put our nerves at ease.

We would both highly recommend the Wellington arms when looking for a venue and look forward to many more visits there in the future.

We had a great day, really impressed by the helpfulness of the staff on the day and the quality of the food. Very good value for money.
