We had our wedding ceremony in the Arbour and Breakfast/Evening do in the Pavilliion room. We had about 75 guests. All parts of the venue were stuning, the staff were excellent and accomodating to everything requested. The hire was very reasonable and the drinks prices weren't bad. We chose a set menu but the food was excellent and we had many compliments on the quality of the food. Overall we had a fantastic day in a fantastic venue that many of our guests were incredibly complimentary about. I can't recommend Alnwick Gardens enough.

Planning process for the day was made simple and easy. It felt structured; with timelines, templates, floor plans etc. Great communication and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our ideas and suggestions were listened to and actioned. Feels weird reducing 2 years of planning to such a simple phrase, but planning was a breeze. On the day, Daisy and the team were incredibly helpful. I got there early expecting to do a lot of the setup myself, but it was pretty much all done when I arrived, which was a huge help. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. They also did a great job of moving people to the right places at the right times and generally facilitating the day so that everything went smoothly. The food was incredible. We received so many compliments on how great the wedding breakfast meal was, particularly the beef, so we’re very happy with our choices. Please pass our compliments on to the kitchen staff. The venue itself of course looks amazing and was just such an impressive place for us and our guests. For any small, unexpected issues along the way, we worked together to quickly get things sorted and keep things seamless for our guests. If I ever needed anything, I was always able to find someone and they helped me immediately. It was a fantastic day supported by fantastic people. Special shout-out to Daisy for jumping into action and helping us find a missing wedding ring after our owl ring-bearer accidentally dropped it 20 feet below the decking into a pile of leaves! She absolutely saved the day. Daisy was also really fun and just great to work with – she totally understood the tone/vibe of our wedding and really helped us deliver the wedding we always wanted. We can’t thank everyone enough for all of their help - we had the best day and will be back to celebrate many more anniversaries!
