We had the most wonderful wedding reception at Hotel du Vin, Winchester and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The wedding coordinators were so helpful and listened to what we wanted, and went out of their way to meet our needs. All of the staff work very hard to ensure that everything goes perfectly and all was just as we had hoped. The courtyard is a gorgeous location, but we had the reassurance of the function room in the event of bad weather, which we didn't need for the BBQ but was great for the evening entertainment. The food was good quality and I thought the cost was good value for the high level of service we received.

Cannot recommend the team at The Winchester Hotel & Spa enough, they were incredible. From the run time of our entire day to the finer details of finishing touches. They were so thorough and brought in their expertise along the way (especially with the timings). They worked to our budget and The Crystal Room looked stunning, decorated to perfection! Cannot thank the staff enough, the same staff at the reception were at breakfast the next morning and it was so nice to build the relationships in such a small space of time.

We had our wedding in May 2026 and it was perfect from the first showround until we left the hotel as a married couple!! Our wedding co-ordinator was there throughout the whole process and went out of her way to ensure we had everything ready for our special day! We had a 70 people in our wedding ceremony for a seated wedding breakfast as well as an evening BBQ for additional 30 guests for the evening bit. I can honestly recommend this venue and staff so highly, so if you want to plan your wedding with no stress and ease - that's the right venue for you.
