We were honored that our wedding was the first one in the newly refurbished VOCO Hotel Titchfield. From the very moment we had our first meeting with the wedding co-ordinator to the day itself the whole team at the Hotel could not do enough for us. Communication was great and they pretty much guided us through everything we needed to do. The staff were so professional throughout and their attention to detail was second to none. On the day itself several staff members went out of there way to ensure that everything went to plan. We had the most amazing day and would love to do it again it was that good. We highly recommend the VOCO Titchfield.

DJ Steve was great. Hardly noticed he was there, but spent the whole evening wanting to be on the dance floor- I think that says it all! I’ve heard he happily took requests too.

Samara- the organisation and communication over the last 2 years with my numerous questions and her attention to detail and kindness never went unnoticed.

Grace and Mia- thank you ladies, pretty sure everything looked lovely and ran smoothly on the day and this was down to you and the team.
All the staff in the hotel were welcoming with a smile and kindness, nothing was too much trouble for anyone.

Kitchen- the buffet was wonderful- all our guests keep saying how lovely it all was, also very plentiful and a good variety .


Having the breakfast in the suite was a lovely touch giving us more time with the people who had traveled long distances for us.

We were so very lucky to have our Wedding Day here at the newly refurbished Voco Fareham-Solent. Samara was very helpful and kept us up to date with the refurbishment. She replied quickly to emails and was happy to speak to us on the phone too. The planning of the day was very thorough and left no stone unturned, which is great as it also reminded us too of things we had forgotten. We were given contacts to use for decorating, however, we decided to do it all ourselves. The day was amazing and we can't think of anything we would have done differently. We hired a cariacturist in the evening, which was a big hit. The resident DJ was fantastic, took requests on the night and was very engaging with our guests. Bar staff were brilliant and kept us updated with our tabs, as requested. The room was clean and tidy and the staff did a great job at using our decorations on the tables and chairs. Grace and Matthew looked after us on the day and they were amazing. We had the most perfect wedding day and we wish we could do it all over again!

Absolutely perfect venue for our wedding day. From the lead up and communication to the smooth running of the day itself, I cannot fault anything from the venue and the team. We were looked after so well and nothing was too much hassle for them. I look back on our wedding day so fondly and the fact that the day ran so well and was stress free was completely down to the staff here.

Lovely venue. Staff were easily contactable for any questions during the whole planning process. Staff were always very friendly and attentive even from our first meeting. Affordable venue, great location. Made the whole day run smoothly and were really helpful and lovely to all guests and very patient with those of our guests who are children.

Our day went absolutely perfectly me and Mark honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Everything ran so smoothly and went beyond what we had expected or had in our minds. You and Nick were brilliant on the day and we honestly had the best day. We have had so many comments on how lovely the day was and compliments on the food too.
Breakfast the following morning was lovely also and the room for breakfast again looked lovely with your staff using our decorations and flowers for the breakfast also.

We got married here on the 17th August and Becky, Gee and team were amazing they made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure everything was as we wanted. They even helped save our dropped cake the night before. The room looked beautiful the food was lovely; everything was just prefect. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you so much for making our day so special.

Right from our very first meeting, you showed nothing but professionalism; great communication. The whole planning of our day was actually stress free. A great idea of yours to offer these package deals. If I could marry the same man again, I would definitely be having the wedding with you. We went for the larger package as we found that better value for us; and absolutely everything we could need for our perfect wedding. The whole team involved were stars!! Our Toastmaster Trevor was amazing and organised our 70 Guests in a great fun professional way; they all loved him. The catering staff brilliant and our menu was outstanding. Every person said how delicious each course was; we had a few food boffins and they even agreed! Luxuria Styling who dressed our venue, tables were wonderful; again stress free decisions on our colour theme and a few extra pieces we chose for the extra special personal touch. My favourite part has got to be walking in to the ceremony room and seeing my groom and his best man in their suits, I laughed lots, affectionate laugh. They then relaxed and this laughter made way for even more throughout our ceremony into the whole day and night! Lots of our guests have commented it was one of the funniest and memorable weddings they had been to; which made Rob and I so happy! We believe that our wedding package bought from you, with everyone's involved expertise; Is absolutely one of the best decisions we have made. You have been absolutely amazing from all the emails, meetings to your care and special attention on our special day. It was absolutely perfect! All the staff were super friendly and helpful and Gee was fantastic too. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day and reception!!! Thank you so much.

The Holiday Inn made our wedding day one of the best days of my life. Nothing was too much trouble and they ran the whole day smoothly and calmly. At no point did I once have any questions about what was happening or have any apprehension about anything. It was the calmness and efficiency of the staff that made the day so relaxed, taking all the pressure off my wife and I. I can not recommend them highly enough!

It was such a special day and all the staff couldn't have done more for us if they tried. They were so amazing and nothing was too much bother. Everything went exactly how I imagined it, well even better actually. Even the reception staff were very good as I booked a room for a relative and they said it hadn't been booked but it was no trouble and they booked him a room and it wasn't a problem.

The food throughout the day was lovely, there was plenty to go round and lots even left. The food came out quick and everyone loved their roasts.

All my family who stayed said their rooms were nice and they all slept well. They had everything they needed in them.

I will recommend to anyone I know to come and stay, hold functions at the holiday inn as everyone who came loved it.

Me and my husband Jason got married at your venue July 2017 had an amazing day , wedding of our dreams and the holiday inn at Fareham and the staff made it such a lovely experience .

The day its self was fantastic from the start of the day the staff kept us informed on all the arrangements of decorating the room, they guided our hairdressers and make up artists to our room and nothing was too much trouble. The timing of everything was organised by the staff and they let us knew when things were due to start and guided us to the ceremony room. The room looked beautiful and all our guests looked so happy and relaxed. The service was amazing, again the staff guided us and told us when to do things. I would recommend The Holiday Inn, for future Brides and Grooms, I promise you wont be disappointed and it will leave you with absolutely perfect memories.

Me and my husband Ben got married on 27th July 2017 we had a love day holiday inn staff were amazing very helpful and keen to make sure we had everything as we wanted. Everything was done to a high standard and the food was brilliant couldn't ask for more highly recommended.

As a bride planning your dream wedding down to the finer small details, our wedding co-ordinator Stacey was wonderful in fulfilling all of our questions and needs. Nothing was to big or small for make our day as special as we wanted it to be. All of the staff were friendly and always smiled. On the big day Alex the functions manager was amazing, he kept the day going on time from the ceremony to the last dance. The whole hotel we clean and tidy, the wedding breakfast was very lovely and we were able to adapt the pudding to our liking. Me and my husband had our photo’s taken around the hotel but also we went to the Titchfield Abby for some photo’s as well. This venue is an ideal location for a function, one we have told other’s about for the future.
