We recently had our intimate wedding at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa on 30.03.26, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From start to finish, we were treated like royalty by every single member of staff. The level of care, attention, and genuine warmth we received throughout our stay was incredible. The team truly make you feel like your wedding is the most important and special event they’ve ever hosted without being false and animated. They just genuinely care. A huge thank you to the amazing wedding team. Everything ran like absolute clockwork on the day, and we didn’t have to think about a single detail. I bought all my own decor and they seamlessly set up, moved and reset it all throughout the day and even packed everything up for us the next day, which made such a difference. They really made my vision come to life! A very special mention has to go to Monique, our wedding coordinator on the day. she was simply outstanding. She couldn’t do enough for us, and her calm, organised approach meant we could completely relax and just enjoy every moment. Me and Tom have both said that if we could have Monique organise our entire lives (not just our wedding!), we absolutely would 🤣 Michaela was also fantastic in the lead up to the wedding. Every question we had was answered quickly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The whole process felt smooth and stress free thanks to her. The food throughout our stay was incredible, and the experience at Mizu Restaurant the night before the wedding was a real highlight. We would highly recommend this to anyone getting married at the hotel, it was the perfect way to start the celebrations. So many of our guests said it was the best food they have ever had, which says everything. We also spent time in the spa both the day before and the day after the wedding, and it was the perfect start and end to such a special occasion. And of course, the setting speaks for itself. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel itself is stunning while still feeling warm and welcoming. like a home away from home. We didn’t experience a single issue or hiccup, either on the day or in the lead up, which is a true testament to the team and how well everything is run. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa to anyone considering getting married in the Lake District. If you love the Lakes, you genuinely won’t find a better combination of breathtaking scenery, exceptional service, and a venue that feels so personal and special. Thank you everyone at Lodore and the amazing wedding team. You really are all the best at what you do 🫶🏼
