We had the most beautiful and magical day for our wedding at Hintlesham Golf Club in August. From the very start of the process Kate was amazing, she advised, supported and was always available to answer all our ongoing questions!! As the date got neater Kate ensured everything was on schedule and only ever too happy to accommodate any additional needs. We had several meetings which really helped and gave us new ideas. On the day we couldn’t have wished for a better venue, the organisation, professionalism and care that went into making our day perfect was really felt. All the staff and team members were great. Our guests all said it was a beautiful venue, with exceptional food. The order of the day flew by seamlessly. We are so pleased we chose Hintlesham Golf Club for our wedding and would certainly recommend to anyone looking at venues for their special day.

We decided on a big family affair at Jimmy’s after our intimate ceremony and wedding breakfast in Bury St Edmunds. We wanted to invite our wider families along earlier in the day than most evening offered and we were able to have a cocktail hour and BBQ starting at 6pm before an amazing party at the farm. The farm also offered a more relaxed/ less traditional vibe for our celebrations. As foodies, farm to fork is something we are passionate about so that was another box thatJimmys Farm ticked. The farm restaurant layout also attracted us, with the bar, and seating areas/alcoves and dancefloor on different levels but still open plan so that everybody could enjoy the party going on the dancefloor even if they weren’t dancing! That and the access to the terrace and gorgeous views outdoors across the fields. Honestly the entire staff were so accommodating and professional on the day, Natalie in the build up was a dream, she listened to exactly what we were all about and made it all happen seamlessly! BBQ was commented on by everyone as was so delicious! Thanks so much to everyone at the farm, I can’t recommend the team and venue highly enough! :)

a big thank you for your help when showing us around the venue and all the help and correspondence leading up to now. You are generally, for me, the reason we have chosen the Trinity Park venue because of how you conducted yourself, we looked around a few venues and you definitely stuck out from the rest, one particular venue was outrageous in how they dealt with us, very little interest in us, poor preparation and couldn't answer many of our questions to the degree that we requested dates before we went to see them and she hadn't even bothered to see if they were available and couldn't tell us without getting back to us after our visit! Being in sales myself I know how easy it is for people to just expect a level of service and only comment when something is bad, but I and indeed we, were extremely impressed with how we were/have been dealt with by you, you have taking interest in us as people in this exciting time as well as being extremely prepared with photos, dates and ideas. You are a huge asset to Trinity Park and look forward to dealing with you further.
