The rooms at the venue were so beautiful on their own, that we only needed to add a little bit to make it our own and exactly what we’d envisioned. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Nothing we asked was dismissed and we weren’t made to feel a burden despite our many questions! They were incredibly helpful and made sure the day ran smoothly for us

We had so many compliments on our wedding day regarding the venue, from the beauty to how laid back the day felt and everything in between. You're given your own wedding planner who helps with every step, every one of our requests was met and the little touches they add mean everything, from the hand baked cookies from the chef being left in the hall for us on Friday, to a candle of the scent used in the reed diffuser in the hall being given as a gift when we checked out, so we can smell it and be taken back to our magical weekend. I cannot fault them at all, every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we can't praise them enough! Only downside is we can't visit again on anniversaries as we would return again and again!

When we first visited hintlesham golf club, we were met with professionalism. We booked quickly and had good communication with Kate, no question was a silly question and Kate was happy to answer all questions and support with planning. The team had set out the venue exactly how I wanted and made it look amazing, it was breath taking to say the least. The staff on day were friendly and quickly responsive, the food was AMAZING and all guests had commented on how beautiful the food was (even my uncle who is a beef fanatic commented on how amazingly it was and was one of the best pieces of beef he had) All in all, the venue was top tier, the price was amazing for what you get, the staff were on point and the day was amazing! It was everything and more than we hoped for! Thank you for giving us such a magical day! If I could give more stars I would!

We decided on a big family affair at Jimmy’s after our intimate ceremony and wedding breakfast in Bury St Edmunds. We wanted to invite our wider families along earlier in the day than most evening offered and we were able to have a cocktail hour and BBQ starting at 6pm before an amazing party at the farm. The farm also offered a more relaxed/ less traditional vibe for our celebrations. As foodies, farm to fork is something we are passionate about so that was another box thatJimmys Farm ticked. The farm restaurant layout also attracted us, with the bar, and seating areas/alcoves and dancefloor on different levels but still open plan so that everybody could enjoy the party going on the dancefloor even if they weren’t dancing! That and the access to the terrace and gorgeous views outdoors across the fields. Honestly the entire staff were so accommodating and professional on the day, Natalie in the build up was a dream, she listened to exactly what we were all about and made it all happen seamlessly! BBQ was commented on by everyone as was so delicious! Thanks so much to everyone at the farm, I can’t recommend the team and venue highly enough! :)

Henstead Pavilion offers several different areas to suit varying choices and is refreshingly different from a barn wedding venue. My daughter and her fiancee chose to have their ceremony on the Rectory lawn, the drinks reception by the pool, the wedding breakfast in the Pavilion and dancing outside under the marquee. The gardens are beautiful and give an English Country Garden vibe with the pool adding a Mediterranean twist. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the celebrations. Amy the Wedding Coordinator was fabulous in ensuring the whole day ran smoothly and Chef Toni produced a delicious meal which was exactly what the bride and groom had asked for. Hattie and the staff were all friendly, efficient and accommodating. We thoroughly recommend Henstead Pavilion as a wedding venue.

Choosing The Marquis as our wedding venue was the best decision we made. We got married there in June 2025, and it truly was the best day of our lives. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding — professional, friendly, and completely seamless. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. Special mentions must go to Joanna for organising all things accommodation related, Josh for impeccable service on our wedding day, and James, for designing the perfect menu. The food was absolutely exceptional and received so many compliments from our guests — beautifully presented and delicious from start to finish. A huge and heartfelt thank you goes to Lisa, who was simply incredible. Her organisation, reassurance, and attention to every detail made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Knowing she was overseeing everything meant we could fully relax and enjoy our day. The venue itself is breathtaking — such a beautiful setting and the perfect backdrop for a wedding. Everything came together flawlessly, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would recommend The Marquis without hesitation to any couple looking for a stunning venue, amazing food, and truly exceptional service. Thank you for giving us memories we will cherish forever.

I could rave about our experience at the Wilderness Reserve until I’m blue in the face. From start to finish, there was not one moment I felt concerned or stressed and that is all thanks to the wonderful Wilderness team. My positive experience started right at the very beginning when we were researching wedding venues. On the website there is a WhatsApp number which links to someone on their sales team. IMMEDIATE brownie points - communicating over WhatsApp is my preferred way of working. Within 30 seconds of me sending a message, I received a response from Tom letting me know he was on annual leave but he still managed to send me information that would wet my appetite until he was back in the office. Huge win. We didn’t end up viewing any other venues because as SOON as we turned up we fell totally in love. There’s 3 gorgeous estates at the wilderness reserve that you can choose from and we picked 2 to have exclusivity over for the weekend. The pickle at the time was that one of the estates wasn’t even built yet!! Throughout the entire build up to our wedding, the team kept us in the loop of building progress, easing any worries or concerns we had about it not being completed in time, and they kept to every single promise made to us. Then comes the actual wedding. My husband and I are not ones to shy away from elaborate plans. We like to create events for our nearest and dearest that are, let’s just say, not logistically easy. We are also not the easiest people to work with. We want fast, easy communication, solutions to problems before we even see the problem and value for money. But this didn’t frighten off the Wilderness Team. Tori and her team were nothing short of epic. As a couple, we are very particular. We know how we wanted this weekend to go and any deviation from that plan wasn’t on the cards. Our wedding spanned across 3 days, with each day being an entire event in itself and every single day went the way we had imagined it to the LETTER. There was not a single flower out of place. I still don’t know how they did it - brought to life plans that lived entirely in our heads - but they did. It was worth every. Single. Penny. It’s a year on from our wedding now and it’s still talk of the town amongst our family and friends. No experience will come close to what we had that weekend and we owe that to the Wilderness Reserve and the unreal team working there. My only regret is that we can’t do it all over again!!

You are generally, for me, the reason we have chosen the Trinity Park venue because of how you conducted yourself, we looked around a few venues and you definitely stuck out from the rest, one particular venue was outrageous in how they dealt with us, very little interest in us, poor preparation and couldn't answer many of our questions to the degree that we requested dates before we went to see them and she hadn't even bothered to see if they were available and couldn't tell us without getting back to us after our visit! Being in sales myself I know how easy it is for people to just expect a level of service and only comment when something is bad, but I and indeed we, were extremely impressed with how we were/have been dealt with by you, you have taking interest in us as people in this exciting time as well as being extremely prepared with photos, dates and ideas. You are a huge asset to Trinity Park and look forward to dealing with you further.

We had a beautiful sunny day on 1st September 2018 and Culford School was the perfect location. Their dedicated wedding planner Fran was brilliant and our day ran perfectly. We met with Fran as much as we needed to whilst planning the big day. Our guests enjoyed canape's and champagne on the beautiful South Front where guests could also enjoy the beautifully maintained gardens. The Old Hall was great size room for 100 guests for a sit down meal and extra guests in the evening for dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better day and we would highly recommend Culford School as a wedding reception location.

Ana and her team at the Oaksmere are so professional and friendly. They all go above amd beyond to make your day special. From the moment we booked to the day of our wedding they made it so so special for us. Food was so so delicious, all wine and drinks fabulous. We were looked after so well and had the most perfect day in everyway. Fantastic place, an amazing team, making our wedding day turn into a fairytale. Thank you so so much.
