Our heartfelt Thanks go to Everyone involved at Hintlesham Golf Club In being instrumental in giving us the Wedding of our dreams on Saturday 1st June ‘24.
Special mention must go to Kate, our wonderful wedding coordinator who worked tirelessly throughout the day ensuring our day went without a hitch. From our initial meeting and subsequent booking, Kate has been incredible. Answering every trivial email promptly, professionally and has been so supportive.
When I threw a spanner in the works by breaking my ankle 3 weeks before the wedding Kate stepped in and seamlessly ensured every possible modification was put into place.
There can’t be many Brides that stand on one leg at the altar while the Groom and Wedding Party walk down the aisle to join her.. and then having said I Do, scoot off into the sunset on a knee scooter.
This slight break in tradition went ahead without a hitch and We can’t thank you enough. We are so incredibly grateful.

Alongside Kate, we wish to thank the staff who were on duty that day from the silver service staff to the Bar staff.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of you and you all went about your day with big smiles on your faces making our guests feel welcome and at ease in their surroundings.

we have received so many compliments from our guests on what a beautiful venue you have. The sun finally came out and the venue and grounds looked amazing!
We particularly enjoyed the use of a golf buggy to access the beautiful grounds for our official photos and we are so looking forward to finally seeing them.

And lastly but not in any way least, special mention should be made of our Wedding Breakfast.
can you please on Our behalf, pass on not only our complements to the Chef and his team in the kitchen, but also our entire wedding party’s.
The food was phenomenal!
The standard of food was just incredible and I do not exaggerate when I say that each and every one of our guests has mentioned how amazing the food was.
The Parma ham and sage wrapped tenderloin of Pork was to die for!
Thank you for making our meal memorable and so enjoyable. Everyone is still talking about how wonderful the food was.
It was 5 star!!!
The Hintlesham Golf Club staff worked like a well oiled machine and were so professional and were instrumental in giving us a Wedding to remember and we can’t Thank them enough.
We wouldn’t have changed a thing - not even the broken ankle!

We had the perfect wedding at Hintlesham Golf Club. The venue is stunning yet very affordable. The food was amazing. Kate was so attentive from the first enquiry, through the planning and on the day. Highly recommended.

We got married at Hintelsham Golf club 14th June 2024. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning but the staff work effortlessly to ensure your day runs smoothly. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and the guests all commented on what a great day they had. Kate and the team at Hintlesham Golf Club were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure that our day was the best day of our lives.
From emailing Kate with lots of questions, she remained professional and was able to set my mind at ease and helped the day run smoothly.
Even down to the chef's with family members who have alot of dietary requirements, they were able to ensure that they had a lovely meal and a lot of the guests mentioned it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding.

We had our wedding December 2023 at Hintlesham Golf Club and what a venue! Beautifully decorated with Xmas trees, wreaths and twinkly lights. Kate and the team could not have done enough to ensure our day went smoothly and this allowed us to really enjoy everything with our guests. The food was delicious & catered for everyone’s needs. Kate was brilliant working with our photographer to tick off the timeline events without a hitch, inc sparklers & fireworks. If I could go back and do it all again I would as the day goes so fast, but I’d not change anything, was perfect! Thank you for making our day so special. Highly recommend.

Fabulous wedding at Hintlesham Golf Club.
The venue and setting is beautiful, easy parking, competitively priced and the canapés and buffet were absolutely delicious - all the guests commented.
Kate was great, very accommodating and she didn’t try to push you at all re: extras.
I’d very highly recommend 😊!

What can I say.... we had the best wedding at Hintlesham golf club! Kate and her team made our dream wedding come alive! They were fantastic, service was spot on and the food was even better! Our guest loved the gorgeous views of the golf course and the newly furbished venue was just breathe taking! Fairy lights made the place stunning. We loved it and can't thank the team enough!

We were hooked from the start. We went to a wedding fayre and were greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about your big day. The value for money with Hintlesham Golf Clubs wedding packages really stands out. The Food is incredible, the venue looks magical and the feel is so perfect. While planning for your wedding the staff are always ready to answer any question that you have in a prompt manner. If you use the vendors that Hintelsham Golf Club recommend the quality is high and there is good communication from all parties.
On the day be prepared for the wow factor. The venue will sparkle. The staff are so efficient arranging each room with little turnaround time.
We never felt alone during the build up to our wedding right to the moment the DJ played our last song.
We wholeheartedly recommend Hintelsham Golf Club as a wedding venue and only wish we could do it all again.

Kate was excellent right from the beginning, every email, every meeting she would always make sure we knew what we needed to do and was so helpful! Our day went so smooth and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and how well organised the day went. We are really grateful to Kate and the team at Hintlesham Golf club for making our wedding day so beautiful and special.

Recently had our wedding here and can honestly say it was perfect. From when we first booked it right up until the day Kate's communication and recommendations were brilliant.
The whole day ran so smoothly and everything had such a nice stress free flow to It, guests were allowed to roam around outside as they pleased giving the chance to take in the beautiful scenery.
The venue looked amazing with all the tables and decorations set out and the added lighting in the evening etc.
The food was out of this world and every guest said how amazing the food was also, we had a few guests with intolerances/dietary requirements but there were plenty of options available for them and all their food was served separately.
So glad we had our wedding at hintlesham golf club and cannot recommend enough.
Would also like to say a massive thank you to Sophie who accompanied Kate on our wedding day as she did an amazing job too!

We had an amazing day and didn't have to worry about a thing. Kate really supported us throughout the whole process. The venue looked magical with the Christmas lights and Christmas trees, we had so many positive comments. The food was gorgeous, we had the roast beef and it was cooked perfectly. There was plenty for everyone. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though it was a cold day we managed to get some beautiful shots on the gold course and out the front of the golf club with the sun setting. We really couldn't have asked for more.

As the Mother of the Bride and family wedding planner I found Kate so helpful. She is an experienced wedding planner with a quietly confident, reassuring character. Just what I needed!
She answered any emails, with questions promptly, and was very flexible with our bespoke package.
On the day, the terrace was perfect for welcome drinks. Inside looked amazing and all the food was delicious with all food allergies well catered for. The service was very attentive throughout the meal and the bar staff were efficient during the busy evening reception. Opening the doors to reveal the dance floor and to allow the band to set up, behind the scenes, ensured the day flowed smoothly into the evening with a great party atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue.

I had a beautiful wedding at Hintlesham Golf Club in September 2023. From the planning with their experienced and amazing wedding organisers to the big day it was all seamless and made as stress free as possible. Comments from our wedding guests included the food being the best wedding food they'd ever had, Seamless bar services with amazing options, very attentive staff and a beautiful and spacious venue inside and out. The venue were very flexible allowing our vision to come to life and a day that we will never forget. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!
