It’s been a month since we got married at Hintlesham golf club, and what a day it was! From the moment we stepped into the venue, we immediately knew this is where we wanted our wedding. It is stunning! The fairy lights, olive trees and big open windows are so inviting, we were in complete awe! We were amazed that it was within our budget.

Our day was perfect, everyone had an amazing time and said how incredible the food was! Many saying it was the best they’ve been to. There was a great selection to choose from and they were so accommodating for different dietary requirements. The bar also had a great choice of cocktails and draught beers which was a bonus for our guests.

I can’t praise Kate and all of the team enough for making our day seamless and stress free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us on our day. We wouldn’t change a thing. We could do it all over again.

We had a wedding here in 2023 and it was truly amazing. Kate looked after us so well and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. From our first viewing all the way to the special day we were made to feel welcome and cared about.
The venue itself is beautiful and we loved the aesthetic, we were kindly allowed to take a golf cart out for some pictures on the grounds which came out amazing.
The food was incredible, our guest kept saying how they loved it and the presentation was top tier.
If you are looking for a beautiful venue with good food where you will be looked after this is the one.

We had the most beautiful and magical day for our wedding at Hintlesham Golf Club in August.
From the very start of the process Kate was amazing, she advised, supported and was always available to answer all our ongoing questions!!
As the date got neater Kate ensured everything was on schedule and only ever too happy to accommodate any additional needs. We had several meetings which really helped and gave us new ideas.
On the day we couldn’t have wished for a better venue, the organisation, professionalism and care that went into making our day perfect was really felt. All the staff and team members were great.
Our guests all said it was a beautiful venue, with exceptional food. The order of the day flew by seamlessly. We are so pleased we chose Hintlesham Golf Club for our wedding and would certainly recommend to anyone looking at venues for their special day.

We could not recommend hintlesham golf club enough. From the very beginning Kate the wedding planner worked hard to ensure our day flawless. Everyone who attended our day commented on how lovely the venue was and the high quality of food which was served. The staff on the day also worked hard to ensure the day ran smoothly. Not only this but venue is on stunning grounds and beautifully decorated inside giving those extra touches.

From prep to finish Kate was amazing she is so helpful and is honestly a god send. Our wedding was perfect even when I had a health issue Kate was there by my side. Thank you so much but we had our wedding out doors on the decking and was just perfect waiting, it was truely perfect day!! The food was amazing and the venue is big spacious and we had the time of our lives thank you to Kate, Charlotte & the team !!!

We recently had our wedding here and it was perfect. The venue inside and out is beautiful and is in stunning surroundings, It was also the perfect backdrop to our fireworks. We cannot be more grateful and pleased that we booked Hintlesham Golf Club for our wedding. All the staff we spoke with were all so nice and welcoming, so warm and friendly and they could not work hard enough during the event and the organisation prior to it. The day was flawless, and that was hugely down to Kate and her team, we couldn’t recommend them enough! Also, the food is incredible! Kate and the team at Hintlesham Golf Club were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure that our day was the best day of our lives.
From emailing Kate with lots of questions, she remained professional and was able to set my mind at ease and helped the day run smoothly.
Even down to the chef's with family members who have alot of dietary requirements, they were able to ensure that they had a lovely meal and a lot of the guests mentioned it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding.

We had our wedding December 2023 at Hintlesham Golf Club and what a venue! Beautifully decorated with Xmas trees, wreaths and twinkly lights. Kate and the team could not have done enough to ensure our day went smoothly and this allowed us to really enjoy everything with our guests. The food was delicious & catered for everyone’s needs. Kate was brilliant working with our photographer to tick off the timeline events without a hitch, inc sparklers & fireworks. If I could go back and do it all again I would as the day goes so fast, but I’d not change anything, was perfect! Thank you for making our day so special. Highly recommend.

Our heartfelt Thanks go to Everyone involved at Hintlesham Golf Club In being instrumental in giving us the Wedding of our dreams on Saturday 1st June ‘24.
Special mention must go to Kate, our wonderful wedding coordinator who worked tirelessly throughout the day ensuring our day went without a hitch. From our initial meeting and subsequent booking, Kate has been incredible. Answering every trivial email promptly, professionally and has been so supportive.
When I threw a spanner in the works by breaking my ankle 3 weeks before the wedding Kate stepped in and seamlessly ensured every possible modification was put into place.
There can’t be many Brides that stand on one leg at the altar while the Groom and Wedding Party walk down the aisle to join her.. and then having said I Do, scoot off into the sunset on a knee scooter.
This slight break in tradition went ahead without a hitch and We can’t thank you enough. We are so incredibly grateful.

Alongside Kate, we wish to thank the staff who were on duty that day from the silver service staff to the Bar staff.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of you and you all went about your day with big smiles on your faces making our guests feel welcome and at ease in their surroundings.

we have received so many compliments from our guests on what a beautiful venue you have. The sun finally came out and the venue and grounds looked amazing!
We particularly enjoyed the use of a golf buggy to access the beautiful grounds for our official photos and we are so looking forward to finally seeing them.
