The Slaughters Manor House team were absolutely amazing, and helped us plan and pull off the most perfect day with such flexibility to accommodate our requests and ideas to make it a truly personal day. They were lovely to work with throughout and the whole process felt bespoke to us at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble for the team with the many requests we had along the way. The venue itself is stunning, immaculately presented and felt luxurious and special, whilst still being warm, inviting, cosy and relaxed. Our day ran perfectly, the events team worked closely with our planner behind the scenes to ensure every detail was covered and everything went to plan. We felt absolutely at ease that everything was in hand, and the expertise of the team was clear. The service team on food and drinks were also exceptional. The food is like no wedding meal we've ever had, and the chef was so flexible to tailor the menu to our preferences and every dietary requirement under the sun! The service was outstanding, the food incredible and the knowledge and expertise of Conor was amazing in helping us plan for every eventuality. The bonus of great accommodation for so many guests at the Manor and the Inn across the road was the big selling point for us, it felt like this gorgeous corner of the Cotswolds was ours for the weekend to enjoy with our friends and family. The Slaughters was the perfect venue for our wedding, and we cannot thank everyone involved enough for their hard work, commitment and huge flexibiilty to make such a unique and magical day. We could never have achieved such a bespoke wedding, with every detail considered and the perfect atmosphere at any other venue, we are blown away with everything that was made possible for our big day.

We had the wedding of our dreams at The Slaughters Manor House! It is an exceptionally beautiful venue, both inside and outside. The rooms are all fabulous and the grounds are lovely. We had a brilliant experience with Gemma, who coordinated our wedding. She was very helpful and responsive, no request was too difficult for her. The staff at the Manor House were also exceptional and made us feel very welcome. The food on the day was incredible, all of our guests were commenting on how impressive it looked and tasted. We had the
perfect wedding day and we can’t wait to return to the Manor House for our anniversary!

We just want to thank you and the team at Lower Slaughter Manor for arranging such a fantastic wedding for us on 2nd July.
The location is stunning, a beautiful Cotswold Manor House with amazing grounds set in the picturesque village of Lower Slaughter with its stream, water mill and quaint cottages, a perfect setting and endless photo opportunities.
Where do we start with the day itself, Nicole was incredibly helpful with the planning and organisation of the day, nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was outstanding.
The wedding breakfast was delicious, Whipped Cerney Goats Cheese to start followed by Breast & Confit Leg of Chicken, then Salt Baked Pineapple followed by Salted Chocolate Mousse. The Chef and his team did a fantastic job and all our guests were overwhelmed by the quality of the food and amazing service.
A special mention must also go to Hannah and her team as the attentive service throughout the entire day was exemplary, nobody was left with an empty glass and the high level of service was maintained until the party finished in the early hours.
Most of our party either stayed overnight in the Manor or across the road in the Inn and the standard of rooms in both locations are the epitome of pure luxury. Spacious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable.
All of our guests without exception said that our wedding was a fabulous day, from the ceremony itself, the amazing food and service and the party in the evening, all within the most perfect location.
For ourselves, it was the best day ever, you even arranged for the sun to shine and we cannot thank you all enough for making our special day better than we could have ever imagined.
We will definitely be back for anniversaries.
