1. Stacey Solomon
Ahead of her botanical wedding to Joe Swash this summer, Stacey Solomon said yes to her wedding dress back in April when staff from Verona Bridal in Ireland paid a visit to her home, Pickle Cottage. On Instagram, Stacey shared a picture of her holding up a wedding dress and revealed to her followers that she’d found ‘the one’ that day.
When pictures of Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash’s wedding were released, fans quickly gushed over her breath-taking Berta Bridal wedding dress. The Loose Women panelist opted for the ‘Jessica’ dress, a champagne-coloured tulle Berta bridal gown from their ‘Muse’ collection.
Her corset wedding dress appeared subtle in the day, but when the lights dimmed in the evening, the sparkles on the gown lit up, giving Stacey a wedding dress transformation without the need to change.
2. Billie Faiers
The Mummy Diaries star Billie Faiers married her long term boyfriend Greg Shepherd in a romantic ceremony held in the renowned wedding and honeymoon destination the Maldives. When searching for a wedding dress that matches the glamour and luxuriousness of the Maldives, Berta was the perfect choice.
Billie found her dream Berta wedding dress in London retailer The Wedding Club. She picked style 18-108, a mermaid wedding dress which hugged her hourglass figure beautifully. The Berta gown sported a plunging illusion neckline, a low scoop-back, all-over floral lace applique and a detachable skirt to give her a transformative bridal look.
She paired the gown with a gorgeous tulle veil which sported a lace trim that perfectly matched the lace on her Berta gown.
3. Meghan Trainor
Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara had the perfect garden wedding ceremony on her 25th birthday back in 2018 - but it was Meghan’s Berta wedding dress that really stole the show.
Though she originally wanted a custom Berta design, Meghan ended up choosing a masterpiece dress from the then un-released 2019 Athens collection. The team at Berta said that it was ‘love at first sight’ when Meghan put on Berta style 19-102.
She paired her Berta wedding dress with a custom wedding veil, adorned with hundreds of hand-sewn crystals, adding even more sparkle to her already-glistening wedding day look. The folded off the shoulder neckline paired with the boned corset on her wedding dress created such a unique look, one which hadn’t been seen before on a celebrity bride.
4. Ferne Maguire
In June 2022, England footballer Harry Maguire married his partner Ferne in a stunning ceremony, held in a breath-taking chateau in the South of France.
In a ceremony that reportedly cost half a million pounds (eek!), Fern opted for one of our favourite Berta wedding dresses, like, ever! Her off the shoulder bridal gown featured a corset bodice adorned with glistening sequins and floral lace appliques, which led down to the voluminous tulle skirt.
To add a bit of spice to her celebrity wedding dress, Fern’s Berta bridal gown featured a daring thigh-high slit that allowed her to show off a little skin, and her gorgeous designer wedding shoes, as she walked.

5. Danielle Armstrong - Wedding reception dress
Danielle Armstrong was ever the Berta bride as she decided to rock not one, but two Berta wedding dresses when she married her partner Tom Edney at the gorgeous Sopwell House in Hertfordshire.
Danielle found her Berta wedding dresses while shopping at The Wedding Club bridal boutique in Knightsbridge. Her first pick was a fishtail Berta wedding dress which featured a sweetheart neckline that led into a boned bodice (classic Berta!) which was held up by two beautiful floral lace straps.
Her wedding reception dress, also Berta, was less traditional and more glam than the first. She opted for a silver sparkly Berta wedding dress with a short, playful hem and an overskirt that had a sexy thigh split so she could show a little more skin. The sexy wedding dress she wore in the evening was a stark contrast to the more traditional lace gown she opted for in the day.
6. Kimberly Walsh
Throwing it back to 2016, we’re taking a look back at Girls Aloud star Kimberly Walsh’s stunning Berta wedding dress. She married her partner Justin Scott in a stunning destination wedding in a ceremony in Barbados, alongside celebrity bridesmaids Cheryl and Nicola Roberts. Making the most of the location, they continued celebrations whilst honeymooning in the Caribbean location - glorious!
In an interview with HELLO! Magazine at the time, former bandmate Cheryl gushed about Kimberly’s look: “The only way I could describe her is breath-taking. She literally took my breath away. I have seen Kimberly in so many beautiful outfits and with gorgeous hair and make-up over the years, but this was on another level. And her beauty was coming from the inside out.” We couldn’t agree more!
Kimberly wore a Berta wedding dress unlike the bodycon, boned designs we’re used to seeing. Her Berta gown had a lace bodice with illusion neckline and sleeve detail, which led down to a flowing skirt that had a gorgeous thigh slit. Her dress had beautiful movement, perfect for a beach wedding ceremony.
7. Naomi Banjo
One of our favourite celebrity weddings of 2022 was the coming together of Diversity star Jordan Banjo and his long-term partner Naomi at Ashridge House in Hertfordshire. Naomi’s Berta wedding dress was to die for! She chose a glistening champagne coloured corset wedding dress with a boned bodice, sparkly straps and a full, princess skirt.
We’re like magpies here at Hitched HQ and those sparkles caught our eye straight away, making Naomi’s gown one of our favourite Berta wedding dresses in the edit. The warm colour of the gown complemented their wedding venue perfectly and matched their pampas grass florals so well.

8. Megan Pickford
England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford married his girlfriend Megan in a serene beach wedding ceremony in July 2022. Though the pair legally married in March 2020, they saved their lavish celebrations for this year, when they could celebrate with friends and family. Along with an intimate guestlist of just 13 of their nearest and dearest, Jordan married his bride on a picturesque sandy island.
Megan's dress was a Berta bridal gown which hugged her figure perfectly. It was adorned with floral lace appliques and had a beautiful fishtail shape which trailed behind her as she walked down the aisle. The floral straps perfectly matched the intricate headpiece that was attached to her veil, and we love the floral accents on her veil which really complemented the detail in her gown.
