Kate really set the tone for our wedding. When she launched our ceremony, our guests knew they were in for something fun, different but extremely personal to us as a couple.

She hit the brief - right down to the outfit!

From our catch-up "get to know you" session in a coffee shop, to wrapping up on the big day,
we couldn't have asked for more. Her words were incredibly thoughtful, beautifully written and captured the attention of everyone present.

Kate and Kate were absolutely fantastic. We first met them at a wedding fair in our venue the Bell, Ticehurst. After a good chat we knew we had our ceremony sorted. We were able to edit the ceremony as much as we wanted, but it was almost perfect first time around. And when the day arrived, it was so much better than we expected. The whole room was involved, and all of our guests were talking about it for the rest of the day and beyond. Simply the best ceremony ever. If I could, I’d rewind and do it all again. Don’t hesitate, just book up Kate and Kate if you’re looking for the best wedding ever.

What a relief when we found out Kate and Kate were available for our wedding at The Bell in Ticehurst! There aren't enough amazing things we could say about Kate! Our ceremony was hilarious, touching and memorable - we couldn't have asked for more! (We had guests that said they wished they could have done their own ceremonies all over again - can't give higher praise than that!)

Me and my wife decided to book Kate & Kate for our wedding and we are so happy we did!

After reading all the previous reviews, I didn't really understand why everyone mentioned how their guests kept on talking about the ceremonies run by Kate & Kate and just how brill they were.

But from (now) first hand experience I understand and can confirm it is true. We had more comments about our ceremony conducted by Kate than any other part of the day!

We wanted the ceremony to represent us, tell our story in a light hearted way and create a vibe of fun and laugher to set the tone for the day - we certainly achieved that.

All of our friends and family said it was so special, personalised and fun and they didn't want the ceremony to end (which if we're being honest most wedding guests do so they can crack on with the reception and have a drink and a bite to eat).

I cannot thank Kate enough for delivering such a special ceremony that really represented what me and my wife are like as a couple and individuals - something that shone through to all the guests. The added touch of literally tying the knot was awesome and we were able to incorporate all the others things we wanted in the ceremony as Kate was incredibly flexible and worked around us.

If you are hesitating my honest advice is don't worry about looking any further - you've found the people who will make your ceremony extra special and you'll have fun throughout the process with Kate(s)!

Kate D was communicative, personable and really lovely from the outset! We just loved how she took time to get to know us as individuals and a couple to create a perfect ceremony that was just so us. Everyone asked how we knew Kate after the ceremony assuming she was a close friend that our other guests had never met before! The ceremony was funny and sentimental in all the right places and we couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

The wedding ceremony was perfect thanks to Kate. She made our ceremony full of joy and laughter and everyone responded to her, in telling our story of how we met to our wedding day.

Kate Dyer led our wedding ceremony at my parent's home and it was absolutely perfect! We loved every moment of it, and we’ve had so many compliments saying it was the best ceremony they’d seen and started the day of perfectly. Lots of people thought Kate was a relative or someone we knew because it was just so personal! We immediately loved Kate and our meeting to get to know each other was so much fun. She learnt loads about us and was able to capture who we are and our story beautifully in our ceremony. On the day Kate was super reassuring for my nervous groom and just great fun to be with on our special day. I highly recommend having a celebrant led wedding and Kate & Kate are the ladies to go to!!

Well where can I start, Kate did an absolutely fab ceremony for me and my husband! We were both so beyond happy with our choice to use Kate and Kate celebrants. Where do I start! Dave and myself had Kate T as our amazing celebrant on the 14th Sept 23 and it she honestly, made it one of the most special parts of the day. The story and script she crafted was so unique, adapted perfectly to us and had all of the guests captivated in our story. We had so many lovely remarks about how beautiful her script was, interactive and they all enjoyed actually getting to hear our story of being together. I had picked these lovely ladies through the venue recommendation (Pilgrims Rest) and I couldn't have been more delighted. She got the guests involved, giggling and we really felt the love. I also organised the wedding from abroad, which Kate was on her A-game with communication + zoom meetings; very thankful! I can truly say, these ladies are exceptional at what they do and will make your ceremony have that extra sparkle you need. Thanks again for creating the best day we've ever had! Well what can we say. 4th time lucky and my goodness was it worth the wait. Kate was just amazing, she captured us and our family perfectly. The right amount of humour mixed with the lovey dovey stuff, my family couldn't stop talking about how amazing the service was. It was just perfect. Xx

Kate was brilliant. Her/Their communication was not only top notch, with advice and guidance on what to do with respect to arranging our legal ceremony. Kate was responsive to questions, and at both our initial online meeting and our in-person meetings before the wedding she was nothing other than warm and charming - an absolute delight! Kate shared the script well in advance, and was very polite when she had to chase us up because we didn't get our suggested changes back very quickly. On the day, Kate arrived early at the venue, and was helpful in ensuring everything was ready for the ceremony. The ceremony itself was wonderful - irreverent, fun, and a total blast for everybody in attendance.

My wife & I both had such a good time, that even though it was only a week ago, we have already talked about having Kate and Kate celebrantise(?) future milestones in our lives - children, anniversaries and the like.

We knew we wanted the personal touch to our ceremony with our celebrant. Kate was awesome, and gave us just that. She wrote us a personalised ceremony after a zoom call together, which had our guests laughing - they how ‘us’ our ceremony was. Kate also popped into the room I was getting ready i, to check in before the ceremony started and run through things. This really helped! Thanks Kate x

As a laid back couple who didn’t want the formalities of a traditional wedding we are so lucky to have found Kate as our celebrant. With my now husband Dave being surprisingly shy and anxious about saying his vows in front of an audience Kate quickly got to work to put him at ease. Kate knows how to read her bride and groom instinctively and makes adjustments to her service to make them feel as calm and comfortable as possible. With us this came in the form of jokes and humour!
Before I had even walked down the aisle Kate had already started to get the guests laughing and poking fun at Dave’s best men-brilliant! Weddings can be such up tight events when you put together 2 sets of families in a room together with awkward hello’s and neither side knowing who is who. Kate dispelled that atmosphere instantly and by the time I had walked down the aisle to Dave everyone was relaxed and having fun.
Kate’s personalised ceremony was worth every penny. She remembered key facts about Dave’s unusual job and how we work as a couple together. There was nothing religious, formal or generic about our ceremony. Even Dave’s young children understood the jokes and felt part of the ceremony with Dave’s eldest son being the ring bearer.
Lastly, Dave's side of the family who are all from in and around London could not stop raving about Kate. I was asked ‘where did you find her, she was amazing?!’ and ‘how refreshing was that ceremony, I have never experienced anything like that before!’
So Kate, a very big thank you for being part of our laid back, special day you were the perfect fit!
