I bring a mix of engaging storytelling, curiosity and a genuine interest in people. I love getting to know my couples properly: listening to your stories, the little details, the in-jokes and the things that make your relationship unique.
I’m confident in front of a room, but I’m not interested in making the ceremony about me. Instead I want to create something that feels natural, warm and meaningful, with personality and a bit of humour where it feels right. And I really love involving your guests too, whether that’s through a call and response blessing, some audience participation in a ritual or simply finding ways for everyone to feel a part of what’s happening.
I’m not a fan of doing things just because “that’s what you do at a wedding”. I’d much rather work out what matters to you and how we can create a ceremony that feels completely, unmistakably like you, and that your guests will feel a part of, rather than just watching.
So whatever type of wedding you have in mind, whether that’s a big party, an intimate woodland ceremony, a gorgeous countryside wedding or something completely different, I’d love to hear what you’re planning and explore how I can help make it unmistakably yours.
I am also an experienced host (cabarets and festivals) so if you are looking for a master of ceremonies for the rest of your day then I am happy to offer that as an add-on or in addition to your chosen celebrant.
I am based in East Sussex but happy to travel anywhere, including abroad.

An excellent wedding celebrant
We could not have wished for a lovelier celebrant.
Beth seemed to be available for us at the 'touch of a button' via our own personal Whatsapp group.
Beth listened to the details of our story of meeting, our relationship and romance. Through this she crafted the most beautiful script for our ceremony which was entirely unique and creative.
Our ceremony is so memorable.
Each of our guests were entirely complimentary about Beth and said they felt a part of it and that the ceremony was so unique.

She is naturally very creative and inclusive. She understands that words are hugely personal and makes big efforts to personalise the story and the delivery of the ceremony as much as possible.
What struck us most about Beth was her listening. While I expected a celebrant's speaking to be their main strength - it became clear that Beth delivers a ceremony with such a deep confidence because it's rooted in truth, we had many exchanges where she had deeply listened.
After the ceremony, many people came up to myself and my wife, many asking 'where did you find Beth?' she is total magic when she is doing her work, thank you again, Beth.
