We met Gemma to discuss what we wanted for our wedding cake and she was lovely! We were able to pick three delicious flavours for our cake and she accommodated all the options we wanted. The cake looks exactly how we envisioned, it was so beautiful with fresh flowers. Her cakes were also so tasty, we got many compliments. We are so grateful for her hard work.

We ordered a vintage style three tier wedding cake with burgundy cherries from Gemma, it was hard to pick our favourite from the cake tasting box. We went with carrot, cookies & cream and lemon. All three were unbelievable but cookies and cream was the winner with our guests. Gemma was so helpful & lovely all the way throughout - could not recommend her & her gorgeous cakes enough x

We sampled cakes from Crème de la Gem and I have to report that they are absolutely divine! I especially like that they are moist, flavoursome, beautifully presented, and undeniably scrumptious. Each bite feels like it’s been made with genuine care and passion. My absolute favourite has to be the cherry Bakewell but all the others come very close to first place.

Gemma herself is a truly lovely person, and that warmth shines through in her creations. Her attention to detail and dedication to quality make every cake not just a treat, but an experience.

Gemma made us the most beautiful cake, it really was everything we wanted and more!! Also tasted absolutely incredible, everybody loved it - she’s super talented and really responsive which made the whole process so easy!!

Gemma made us our perfect 3 tier wedding cake - each tier was a different flavour and it fed 120 people. We got a taster pack delivered beforehand, and every flavour within was so delicious, it was hard to pick a top 3. On the wedding day, the guests loved the cake and it retained the moistness and flavour of the samples, even when baked on a bigger scale. We also got some gluten free cupcakes which were also fab. Gemma was lovely to deal with, super responsive and kind and hand delivered the cake to our venue. Will definitely order from Gemma again and highly recommend her cakes.
