The most beautiful cake I've ever seen😍
Honestly our wedding cake was the most beautiful cake I have ever sheen. Like something out of a fairytale.
Lisa was extremely collaborative in the design process and really took on board any tweaks or amendments I wanted, and we LOVVVVED the cake tasting appointment.
However not did our cake look amazing......Every guest told me how amazing the cake tasted and we loved all 3 tiers.

Wow - what a stunning wedding cake!
Choosing the flavours was so tough because every sample Lisa gave us was incredible—even the ones we didn’t think we’d like turned out to be delicious! When we finally saw the cake on the day, we both gasped and said “WOW!”—it was beyond anything we could have imagined. The design was beautiful and so perfect, and everyone was completely amazed by it.
Not only did it look stunning, but it tasted just as amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was, and many went back for seconds!
Thank you so much for your creativity, flawless presentation, and for making our wedding day even sweeter (quite literally!). We couldn’t have asked for more.

Lisa kindly accommodated seeing me at short notice and provided me and my daughter a taste testing service which was a wonderful experience.
After having seeing and tasting a selection of her cakes and viewing some of her dummy designs we were sold and opted to go with Lisa to design and create our wedding cake.
Lisa did not disappoint and she created a baeitiful masterpiece that not only looked fantastic on the day but she took parst of my wedding dress design and replicate this on our cake.
We opted for different flavours.. the salted caramel was by far our favourite flavour.
Thank you Lisa for making our wedding day all the more special with our delicious and beautiful looking cake!

Hi, I’m Lisa Broughton, and I bring over two decades of experience in designing exquisite, elegant, and stylish wedding cakes. I specialize in crafting luxury cakes adorned with intricate handmade sugar flowers, ensuring that each creation is truly unique. From your first inquiry to the consultation, design, delivery, and setup, I’m committed to providing a personalized experience with exceptional customer service.
My passion for baking started in childhood, where I’d spend Sundays creating cakes for tea. Excelling in arts and crafts at school helped me develop an appreciation for detail and artistry, which I now channel into my cake designs. My love for baking remains rooted in the classics, with the humble Victoria Sponge holding a special place in my heart.
In 1992, I opened a cake decorating shop, recognizing a gap in the wedding cake market. After a decade in retail, I realized my true passion was designing and crafting cakes rather than running a shop. With my husband’s support, I transformed our home office into a "cake room"—the heart of my bespoke wedding cake service. And so, Wedding Cakes by Lisa was born.
Creating a centerpiece for one of life's most memorable days is both an honour and a joy, and I look forward to collaborating with couples to bring their vision to life.
