Emily and Dave surpassed all of our expectations throughout the whole process. They really listened to us and took everything we came to them with and just took it to another level. They were an absolute dream to deal with too. We never had anything to stress about and always felt so well taken care of. They are just a fun, friendly and massively competent pair. They styled our venue to perfection, the flowers were absolutely stunning and the cake… well we may just have to get Emily’s cakes for every special occasion we have from now on!

Dave and Em made our flower and cake dreams come true. It was dahlia heaven. 10 days married and still can’t get over how amazing the flowers were and the cake was perfect for what we wanted (we are not cake people) but it was the perfect size and everything fit in with our theme beautifully. Thank you for everything!

We were so happy that we decided to choose Gubbins as our cake and flower supplier. Having both done by one supplier made communication and planning so easy, and Emily and Dave became so invested in our wedding. The flowers- wow! We were a bit unsure of what we wanted and Dave created the most stunning bouquets. It turns out that's what we wanted! After the wedding our guests took some flowers home and they lasted 3 weeks!!! The piece de resistance was the septagon which was decorated with flowers behind the alter. Absolutely beautiful. The cake was incredible, tasted amazing and the design was so fun. We worked on it together with Emily to get it just right. I would highly recommend Gubbins - Thank you Emily and Dave!

Emily & Dave are well known locally for being best florist & baker in Sussex, so when it came to choosing suppliers for our wedding day we knew exactly who we wanted. From the moment we had our initial meeting with Emily and Dave to discuss our ideas they were welcoming & friendly and were onboard with what we wanted, while also giving their expert opinion on what would work best for us. In the lead up to our wedding communication with them was always prompt and efficient.

We gave Dave the colour them for our flowers and then asked him to use his own creativity for the types of flowers as we trusted him entirely and when we were setting up the day before I got emotional because the flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined.
They both worked so hard on the day to make everything perfect and when one of our own signs blew over and smashed they came to the rescue and started cleaning it up for us!

I have always been a big fan of Emily's bakes (her blondies & Brookies are the best I've ever had) & the 3 tiered cake she made for us looked stunning and everyone loved the flavours. Emily went above and beyond to make the top tier very low gluten so we could cater for one of our guests with an intolerance. Emily went to great lengths to make sure the cake was transported safely & securely.

They really do make a great team & I would recommend them one hundred times over if I could. Thank you Emily & Dave.
