Welcome to Beez Cakes.

I'm Bianca, a wedding cake designer based in South East London, creating elegant, vintage-inspired wedding cakes for couples who value exceptional design and thoughtful detail.

Every cake is designed with your wedding in mind, taking inspiration from your venue, florals, styling and personal taste. Whether you choose a design from my Signature Collection or a fully bespoke creation, my aim is to create a cake that feels like a natural part of your celebration rather than simply a dessert.

From our first conversation through to delivery and set-up, I provide a relaxed, highly personalised experience, guiding you through every stage of the design process. Whether you're envisioning a sleek fondant finish, delicate handcrafted details, or a completely bespoke statement piece, every cake is thoughtfully created to complement your day.

What to Expect

Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your vision, explore design possibilities, and sample a selection of flavours while we develop a concept tailored to your wedding. Once booked, you'll receive a tasting consultation and digital design sketch, ensuring every detail is carefully considered before your wedding day.

Wedding Cake Collections

To provide greater flexibility, I offer three design collections:

• Signature - designs from my existing collection, personalised to your chosen colours and wedding styling

• Tailored - a collaborative design process, where your cake is developed around your wedding details, venue and overall aesthetic

• Bespoke - a completely custom-designed cake created specifically for your wedding, inspired by your venue, florals, fashion and wider design concept.

Investment

Wedding cakes begin from £850, with final pricing dependent on size, design complexity and decorative detail.

A selection of complementary sweet treats, including cupcakes, cakesicles, sugar cookies and chocolate favours, are also available.

At least 6 month’s notice. At times I might be able to accommodate a cake at shorter notice depending on my schedule and availability, so please contact me to discuss

Do you deliver?

Yes, deliveries further than 5 miles from my business is 45p per mile to your venue and back, with a minimum spend of £35. Distances are calculated using Google maps

Do you hire cake stands?

Yes

How many tiers can my cake be?

5 tiers of cake is the tallest. However, cake dummies can also be used to create extra height and drama

How many flavours can I have on my cake?

You can have a flavour for each tier

What are the forms of payment?

Bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card

What areas do you cover?

Central London and South England mostly, but I can accommodate areas which are further out. Please contact to discuss

Perfect!!!!

Not only is Bianca professional and amazing at what she is does, she’s also such a lovely person to have involved in your special day. From start to finish she’s been wonderful and her cakes were delicious, we got many compliments from our guests!! Bianca’s costs were very reasonable and she made the whole process extremely easy for us. If you want a stress free day and someone who is reliable and makes amazing cakes, we would definitely recommend Bianca!! Thanks once again Bianca!! x

Simply perfect!

Bianca is a very talented baker and we’re so happy we came across her when looking for our wedding cake! Our cake and cakesicles were beautiful and delicious and everybody loved them! Everything was simply perfect! Bianca was very responsive with her emails and I knew I was in safe hands with her. I’d totally recommend her 💜

Amazing wedding cake!

Bianca was incredibly helpful from start to finish in helping us to decide on what cake style to go for, and sending through a tasting box to help us decide which flavours to choose. She was very quick to respond to any questions and queries we had and made the process incredibly easy - we would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding cake!

Just incredible! Highly recommend

Bianca was incredible throughout the whole process, with less than a month's notice to help create the cake. I asked for a simple three-tiered semi naked cake and it was everything I envisioned. She literally took stress off my hands by contacting our wedding venue and flower supplier, something much appreciated as three way conversations tend to be complicated and frustrating! Honestly felt like I was in genuinely good and professional hands. The cake was gorgeous and the flavour incredible, we went carrot cake and red velvet and I still dream of the taste to this day! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Bianca!

Fantastic Cake!

Beez Cakes provided us with a beautiful cake on our wedding day, not only did it look great but it tasted amazing. We used the cake as our dessert for the day guests and also there was plenty for the evening guests to enjoy.
Beez was very easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. I couldn't recommend Beez more!

Fabulous cake and service

The cake was both visually stunning and amazingly tasty. We didn't expect it to be quite as wonderfully tasty as it was, but we and our guests were delighted - there was not a simple piece left. Do go for a larger size than you think you need - it's terribly delicious, and there just won't be enough!

Lovely cupcakes!

Bianca was really communicative and flexible during the planning process. She asked lots of questions about how to make us the best cupcakes possible, including things like how to ice the cakes with coordinating wedding colours. Pricing for the cupcakes was quite reasonable.

We had to change our numbers relatively close to the wedding date, and also order vegan cupcakes, which she was happy to update for us.

The cupcakes were very good on the day as well!

Was also great that she offered a tasting box before we placed a final order.

Vegan Wedding

Our original cake supplier let us down but Beez Cakes managed to step in and save the wedding! We had an amazing 3 tier VEGAN wedding cake in an assortment of favours.
The cake was decorated with dried fruit flowers and looked amazing.
