After having looked at 10 different wedding venues, Melissa and Warren decided that the gorgeous grounds and sea views that The Falmouth Hotel provided was the perfect venue choice for them.
Melissa went for a contemporary take on a traditional wedding and had a Royal Blue colour scheme which complimented the colours in the reception room. She didn’t hire a wedding planner as she absolutely loved planning the wedding herself. The venue however provided Jane Williams the resident wedding coordinator who helped Melissa and Warren organise every detail of their day related to the venue.
Melissa and Warren’s wedding guests were treated to a four course sit down meal of a cream of seasonal vegetable soup accompanied with a fresh bread roll or chicken Caesar Salad with garlic croutons. For the main course, roast sirloin of prime Cornish beef, seasonal vegetables, home-cooked Yorkshire pudding and thyme jus was served, followed by chocolate & vanilla Cream profiteroles or a selection of Cornish ice creams for dessert.
