Billy and Leigh went together to choose the suits for the wedding party. They went for the traditional morning suit, black tailcoat with grey pinstripe trousers. The grooms party all wore ivory waistcoats, and the ushers had aubergine cravats and handkerchiefs to match the bridesmaid dresses. Billy wore an ivory cravat and handkerchief to match Leigh’s wedding dress. The suits were all hired from a local shop in Farnham, John Goodridge. Their service was impeccable and all the men looked very smart on the day.
Leigh had 4 bridesmaids, her sister Nina, best friend and sister-in-law to be Jodie, and then two close friends Kelly and Adrienne. All 5 girls went together to choose the bridesmaid dresses and decided on a strapless full length gown, in aubergine. The dresses were also from Vera Wang, so complemented Leigh’s dress perfectly. The colour was perfect for an autumnal wedding. Leigh gave all her bridesmaids a gift on the morning of the wedding which was a delicate necklace with a single diamond from Oliver Bonas, which they all wore on the day.
