A Delicious Menu

Vikki and Kat chose a hotel with a civil partnership licence due to not wanting to get married in a registry office. When viewing venues, The Westmead Hotel in Hopwood seemed the most friendly and competent and the couple could see themselves celebrating there.  A total of 42 guests joined the newlyweds for a sit down three course meal with toast and an additional 40 guests were invited to celebrate with an evening buffet and disco.

The wedding breakfast consisted of a mushroom and gruyere cheese tart with rocket salad and a balsamic dressing.  The main course was chicken wrapped in Parma ham, stuffed with brie and basil in a red wine jus served with potatoes and vegetables, followed by a dessert - a white chocolate cheesecake and a strawberry and champagne syrup, requested by Kat!
