Debbie has baked and decorated cakes for over 20 years and found it hard to pass such an important role over to someone else. Having the wedding in Malta gave Debbie no choice, so she sketched a design and sent it over to the patisserie at The Radisson Blu. The end result was amazing! Each tier was filled with a different flavour, including fruit, chocolate orange and a traditional Maltese almond cake which tasted delicious, along with bringing a little bit of Maltese culture into their wedding celebration.
After dinner, David, Debbie and their wedding guests were treated to a Salsa dance lesson, lead by local dance instructor Edward Camilleri! This was a great idea and really got everyone involved and having fun.
The newlywed couple spent a further week in Malta relaxing, sight-seeing and enjoying the first moments of married life together before returning home to their new life as husband and wife.
