Aimee & Davin’s Real Wedding

Aimee and Davin had a black and pink themed wedding in May 2011.  They celebrated an intimate wedding ceremony at a gorgeous church, followed by a sit down meal and party for 60.

The Venue

The bride got ready at home, and was transported to the church in her father-in-law’s black Mitsubishi Warrior. Seeing as black and pink were the colour schemes for the day it made sense to decorate the wedding car with a pink ribbon.

Aimee and Davin had a traditional Church of England wedding ceremony in their local parish church.  It was a beautiful service and what Aimee had always pictured it to be.  Unfortunately both of Aimee’s parents have passed away, but she was lucky enough to have a dear friend of her mothers walk her down the aisle and give her away to a very lucky Davin.

After an emotional ceremony at 2pm the couple invited their guests to a wedding reception at The Langstone Hotel on Hayling Island.  27 wedding guests enjoyed a sit down meal with the couple and a further 60 guests joined them for the evening reception.
