Emma spotted a dress that she liked at a wedding fair and decided to make an appointment with Broughtons Bridal in Shadwell, Leeds so that she could try dresses on in more of a relaxed atmosphere. She tried on about 8 different gowns, but it was the simplicity of the Romantica of Devon dress that Emma fell in love with. The dress was strapless originally, which Emma didn’t feel quite suited her, but within minutes Sam at Broughtons Bridal whipped out some satin and fashioned the ‘not quite right’ dress in to something absolutely perfect! Emma teamed her wedding dress up with a pair of gorgeous pre-loved wedding shoes bought from another member of the hitched.co.uk discussion forum.
Because Broughtons Bridal had been so helpful when it came to Emma’s wedding dress, she decided to take her groom Rich back to hire his wedding suit. The groom's party wore slate grey jackets with royal blue cravats; Rich accessorised in ivory to stand out a little from the crowd.
