Chelise initially struggled with choosing a dress as she wasn’t sure which style to go for.
After trying on around 10 dresses, Chelise eventually spotted ‘the one’ at a wedding show in Birmingham - it was a Love Marley silk wedding dress which boasted a stunning low back with plenty of detail and applique.
Chelise bought the dress from The Dressing Rooms in Birmingham and felt that it was perfect for the location of the wedding – plus it got the seal of approval from her friends too!
However, even in the run up to the wedding Chelise still had tiny doubts about the dress and whether it was right for her, but as soon as she teamed it with her cathedral length veil she immediately fell in love with it again.
The veil in question was given a glamorous makeover by Chelise’s mum, who sewed individual pearls all over so that it would catch the sun and twinkle as she moved.
Chelise also teamed her dress with a stunning boho inspired headpiece made of pearls and diamantes.
As for the bridesmaids, Chelise couldn’t possibly choose out of her tight knit friendship group, so she ended up having a big bridal party of nine bridesmaids!
The maids wore dresses with nude coloured skirts, lacy white bodices and floaty, short hems - so that the girls would feel comfortable in the scorching hot location.
