Pylewell Park is situated on the south coast of England in the beautiful New Forest. The estate, steeped in history and owned by Lord Teynham since 1988, sits in 1500 acres including 27 acres of house gardens, several lakes, huge expanses of open parkland, private access to the beach and unrivalled panoramic views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.
Our licensed gazebo out on the lawn is perfect for your summer ceremony with a sail cloth canopy providing shade on a sunny day. Our recently refurbished drawing room is a perfect indoor option if the weather is inclement, or if you’re considering a cosy winter wedding and St Mary’s Church is a short distance away, just beyond the end of the driveway.
The brand new 'Pylewell Pavilion', designed exclusively for Pylewell, sits adjacent to the house with capacity for 150-200 sit down guests. The space can also work for smaller numbers. The Pavilion boasts unrivalled views across the Solent and grounds of Pylewell and features inside and outside bars, a terrace with festoon lighting, firepits and rattan furniture, a spacious dancefloor and plenty of facilities for your guests and caterers. The interior is a medley of Farrow and Ball paint, Italian chandeliers and beautiful wall to ceiling glass panels. Access is provided from the day before, giving you and your suppliers plenty of time to dress the venue. We have two local caterers who can provide a wide array of dining options; from BBQs, buffets, hog roasts, sit down meals or sharing platters. No two weddings are the same. We’re a blank canvas for you to enjoy… your wedding, your way!
The majestic Pylewell House has recently undergone a huge refurbishment programme and has ten bedrooms in the main house, together with a further three bedrooms in the self-contained ‘Pylewell Penthouse’ which boasts stunning views from the rooftop balcony. The house will be exclusive for you and your guests and a minimum of five rooms can be taken on a bed and breakfast basis for one or two nights as suits you best.
The South Park is a perfect space if you’d like to set up a glamping village and Lymington is a five-minute drive away with many local hotels and accommodation options. Brockenhurst is also a short distance away with further accommodation options and a mainline train service to London.
Our guests love the exclusivity of Pylewell and with all that we have to offer, we think you’ll agree that Pylewell has the wow factor in spades!

Fantastic team and venue for a small Covid friendly wedding
Pylewell Park was absolutely fantastic at hosting our small intimate wedding during the covid-19 pandemic. They communicated regularly, met every need, and made the day a completely relaxed dream. The rooms are beautiful so need little decoration, and the catering company that works with them was also fantastic.Sent on 21/06/2021

Thank you so much for your help with our wedding. We had a wonderful day, aided by things just working as they should in the background. The venue looked fantastic and you dealt with the wind in a way that relaxed us both too.Sent on 25/08/2019
There have been a few stresses and strains of organising but Pylewell has never been one of them - thank you for that. Staying there was a lovely touch

“Our daughter and her husband were immensely happy, and universally the guests, some of whom are now pretty hardened wedding goers, were blown away by the beauty and facilities of the venue the decoration, food, band and seamless organisation pulling it all together”Sent on 25/08/2019
