Welcome to Pylewell - Eclectic and eccentric, beautiful and British. Voted Tatler's most glam place to say I do in Hampshire, there's nowhere quite like Pylewell.
We are an award-winning country house wedding and events venue in Lymington, Hampshire. From bedrooms to bars, ceremony spaces to party places, we invite you to make our home yours. We like to do things a little differently around here and toss the traditional wedding rulebook out the window. Quite simply, it's your day and your way! Set packages don't really float the boat for us, and all our weddings and events are wonderfully unique, fabulous and personal. You will find acres of parkland and gardens for your guests to explore and enjoy as well as private beach access, a beautiful pavilion for your wedding breakfast with space up to 180 sit down, a stunning licensed sail structure overlooking the sea and exclusive use of the main house with 10 bedrooms and a 3 bedroom penthouse for your bridal party to make use of.
We were voted Tatler’s ‘Most glam venue to Say I Do’ in Hampshire 2021, Hitched’s hottest new venue in 2019, and our team were winner of The Wedding Industry Awards ‘Event Team of the Year 2022’
We are conveniently located less than a 2-hour drive from London and have lots of local accommodation options for your guests.

A fairytale.
The day of the wedding, I really did feel like it was straight out of a fairytale. It was so dreamy and beautiful. So many people told us that it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. I owe that all to Pylewell. We had our family and bridal party staying in the house with us there, and we also had a dinner the night before in the backyard. Everything was absolutely perfect and I relive it every single day. If I could choose to get married a thousand times over, I'd always do it at Pylewell.

Meet the team
Mel looks after our team here at Pylewell Park. She launched Pylewell as a weddings and events business 5 years ago with the support of the other directors and it has been a whirlwind ever since the word go! From overseeing the build of our pavilion back in 2018 to managing our first year of weddings in 2019 and most recently working with the team to refurbish the house before the next wedding season began, it’s been busy!
Voted as one of '30 under 30’ stars of the hospitality industry by The Caterer magazine, Mel is a huge hospitality enthusiast with over 10 years experience working in the luxury boutique sector for a number of award-winning chefs, restaurants and hotels. Lymington is now home and Mel is very involved in all our weddings and events here at Pylewell as well as overseeing the team.
Meet our newest member of the events team and you’re wedding wingwoman, Casey!
We are so excited to introduce you to Casey, who will be supporting so many of our wonderful weddings and events this year. Having spent the last 18 months at the beautiful Balmer Lawn, we are thrilled she has joined us at Pylewell. She’s hit the ground running in the past month and can’t wait to hurtle into her first season with us here. She’s got the most amazing attention to detail, a huge passion for all things weddings and events and can’t wait to meet all our couples in the coming months.
Nicole is part of our wedding and event team but also oversees all our corporate and leisure bookings. She loves arranging and organizing events full of complex arrangements, details and making any event dreams come to life!
She is detail obsessed, ridiculously organised and will ensure your event is one to remember.
