On Behalf of my wife and family could I thank you and youor staff for our splendid stay at your hotel over this last weekend. We were part of the wedding of John & Ruth Beale (June 4th). I know that I speak for everyone in saying that the meals, the service, the accommodation and the arrangements were first class. We especially enjoyed the wedding reception, of course, but the whole weekend was made special from our arrival on Friday to our departure on Sunday. In particular I would like to mention all your staff- in reception, in the dining room, in the bars and those staff responsible for cleaning and room service – every one was quite outstanding – in their politeness, courtesy, efficiency and concern for our well being. The food was also most memorable – every dish beautifully cooked and presented. Many many thanks. The whole thing made a very special weekend even more memorable and special and for that I thank you. It would be much appreciated if you could pass on our thanks to all your staff. I have written a similar letter to Ramada Jarvis Head Office in High Wycombe.

The staff, the surroundings and the weather were all excellent on the day of our wedding. Whilst the venue cannot orgnaise the weather the surrounding gardens, ponds and walkways all added to the special day. The chef was very accommodating as we had one neice with a severe peanut allergy - nothing was too much trouble and she throughly enjoyed being able to eat 'everything' that was provided. It was excellent value for money and I would recommend the venue very highly.
