The Retreat was the first venue we went to see and we fell in love, cancelled all further viewings elsewhere and booked the next day. It’s absolutely stunning, from the bedrooms to the grounds. Ella was amazing throughout the planning process, always helpful and kept us updated. We were very excited to hear of the Secret Garden opening earlier this year so made the decision to move our day here, and it was the best decision ever! Everything went so well. We had our ceremony with 50 guests on the lower lawn, and then our breakfast and reception in the marquee with an additional 50 guests joining us for the party. We were so well looked after by all of the staff and Ella ensured everything went perfectly on the day. The feedback from our guests was amazing and many said it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding (we agree!!). We would recommend The Retreat to everyone for a gorgeous, relaxed, country side wedding! Thank you to Ella and all of the team, we can’t wait to come back.

We celebrated our wedding at Stirrups in May and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue. From the moment we arrived , we were struck by how much character the place has. It is charming, full of personality and has beautiful gardens. The staff were very attentive on the day and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Especially Sam and Brent who were amazing on the day. Our guests loved the food, from the delicious wedding breakfast to the evening buffet. On the morning of the wedding my mum and I were treated to a fresh fruit platter and hot rolls, which were really yummy and a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how stunning it all looked. Stirrups will always hold a special place in our hearts and we highly recommend it for weddings and functions!

We had our wedding at The Berystede and honestly, we could not have chosen a more perfect venue. From the very first meeting, Cleo was absolutely amazing, always so helpful, incredibly responsive to emails, and so organised right up to our final details meeting. She made the planning process feel so smooth and stress-free. A few of us stayed the night before the wedding, and the team kindly allowed us to set up on the Friday. This was such a huge help as it meant I knew exactly how everything was going to look and be on the big day. The rooms themselves were fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and ideal for getting ready with my bridal party. On the wedding day itself, the operations team were OUTSTANDING. From start to finish, they were there whenever we needed them and made sure everything ran seamlessly. My husband and I were able to truly relax, soak up every moment, and enjoy the day knowing that the team had everything in hand. The food was another highlight, our canapés and wedding breakfast went down a treat with all of our guests, who are still talking about how delicious it all was. The late-night pizza boxes were such a fun and thoughtful addition that kept everyone happy right through to the end of the night. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The honeymoon suite was beautiful, and coming back to a chilled bottle of champagne and a slice of our wedding cake waiting for us was such a special touch. A huge thank you to Cleo and the entire team at The Berystede for making our wedding weekend absolutely perfect, not just for us, but for all of our guests too. If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, don’t hesitate, you’ll be in the very best hands.

We had our wedding at The Elephant Hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, the team were so thorough and easy to work with. When our original coordinator left, I was a little worried, but Daisy and Jesse picked things up and kept everything moving. The venue was also able to accommodate halal meat for our family and provided plenty of non-alcoholic options, which we really appreciated. On the wedding day, Chris, Jesse and Daisy (and the wonderful staff) made sure everything ran smoothly. They helped set up our tea and dessert table perfectly and got everything ready the night before so we could add our name cards, favours and little details. Even when the weather turned and we had to move indoors, they handled it so calmly and kept everything organised. For our guests, the hotel was lovely. Everyone really enjoyed their rooms and loved exploring the village. The food was fantastic throughout, including dinner the night before and breakfast the morning after (as well as the canapes, wedding breakfast and evening food on the wedding day itself). We’re so grateful, they really made the whole day feel easy and enjoyable. A special thank you to Jesse for taking care of me on the day when my blood sugar dropped.

We got married in August 2023. The venue is just stunning!! Kate and her team were incredible on the day. They helped everything run super smoothly without any hiccups. We couldn't be happier with how the day turned out! James and Sian.

Everything about our wedding day was truly perfect, and that is entirely down to the incredible team. From the moment we arrived to the very end of the celebration.

The team at pinewood hotel have been instrumental in helping us plan and execute our perfect wedding day. During our 13 month planning process we had regular meetings with the events coordinator to plan and confirm every detail. On the day, everything went so smoothly because of the efforts of the team. It meant we could relax and enjoy the day. Would wholeheartedly recommend using Pinewood Hotel for your Wedding or Reception.

We had our wedding reception at Regency Park Hotel and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the very beginning, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. The venue itself was beautiful and elegant, providing the perfect setting for our celebration. Everything was set up exactly as we had hoped, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming for both us and our guests. The staff were outstanding on the day, friendly, organised, and always on hand without being intrusive. They made sure everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our special day. Many of our guests commented on how well looked after they felt. We were also extremely impressed with the value for money. The packages offered were very competitive, and the level of service and attention to detail we received far exceeded our expectations. We truly felt that every aspect of our wedding reception was worth it. Overall, our experience at Regency Park Hotel was exceptional.
