Crow Wood Hotel gave us our dream wedding. We actually attended a show around without knowing the price.. and we were shocked when they told us (in a good way!). Crow Wood are absolutely amazing value for money. Not just because you get a fab venue but because of the staff.

I genuinely don’t believe you could find nicer staff at a wedding venue. They were all amazing to us and to our guests. From beginning to end.

I’m a vegan (my husband isn’t) but they were so kind making sure I could eat as much as possible.. it helps that they mark all the vegan options on their wedding breakfast menus but they were willing to make any changes for me. Even confirming that the wine was vegan. The food was incredible. We had the chicken and a mushroom risotto for our main with a vegan chocolate torte for dessert. Safe to say.. clean plates all around!

The day ran so smoothly. It was honestly the best day of our lives. I can’t think of one bad thing about this venue. The rooms are all well worth the price and I didn’t hear one complaint from our guests. I stayed in one of the suites the night before which I then stayed in with my new husband the night of our wedding and WOW well worth every penny of the night before cost. Highly recommend as all my bridesmaid and mums/makeup/hairdresser could fit in and we weren’t on top of each other.

Also massive plus is they still serve the full bar menu, so lots of cocktails were had! I know a lot of venues only offer certain types of drinks to weddings.

FYI dog lovers out there.. you can have your best friends there on the day. Our girl met us after the ceremony for photographs, which was perfect.

Crow Wood absolutely blew me and my husband away on our very first viewing! The hotel & grounds are stunning and immaculate and we loved the modern and timeless decor. We knew there and then that this was the venue for us as it truly is one of a kind!

From the start, Paige & the wonderful wedding team were absolutely outstanding and they helped us plan the most beautiful day! Nothing was too much to ask and our wedding day ran smoothly & flawlessly, I honestly would not change a thing! We loved the lakeside suite as it is spacious with lots of natural light and stunning grounds. The interchanging partition walls were genius for the practicality of setting up the wedding and our guests were blown away with how the suite got bigger and looked different throughout the day!

Pretty much our whole wedding party stayed at Crow Wood for our entire wedding weekend and our guest are still raving about the wedding and the venue nearly two months later! The rooms, the wonderful facilities and friendly staff were enjoyed by all.

We honestly can't thank Paige, the wedding team and all of the staff at Crow Wood enough for their hard work towards our dream day. We wish we could re-live it all over again!

I can’t put into words how amazing my wedding was, it was everything I dreamt of and more. Everything was perfect and I’ve had so many compliments about how beautiful the hotel was and how amazing the food was! I wish I could do it all over again. Everything from the night before to the morning after was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the building is so modern and they did such an amazing job turning the rooms around! The Venue, Hotel, food and Staff were fantastic. From start to finish, from planning to execution the team at The Crow Wood was not only knowledgeable but delivered such a wonderful and memorable day for my new wife and me. Paige and Elise were on hand for the entire planning and delivery, helped with suppliers and stepped in when problems occurred, they were also supported by fantastic events and the banqueting team. We got married at Crow Wood in April 2022. Paige and Ella were great from the start and helped us plan a perfect day. The service throughout was excellent and the food couldn't have been any better. We are really grateful to everyone at Crow Wood who helped us have such an amazing day.

We have been going to the Woodland Spa on the Crow Wood complex for over 10 years, so when we heard that the new hotel was due to be completed just one month after we had become engaged, something told me Crow Wood would be the venue for us… and it was! We didn’t look at any other venue as a result!

I could go on for days about how beautiful the hotel is, the stunning food and how Paige and her team made the whole wedding process super smooth the whole way through, even with a change of date needed thanks to Covid-19.

The pictures speak for themselves but Crow Wood is the perfect venue for a special day- with the added bonus of being able to revisit again and again for a short day to relive the memories! We can’t thank Paige and the wedding team enough and would wholeheartedly encourage any couples to get married here- it truly is the best of the best.

Well, what can I say about Crow Wood, they were the most incredible venue with the most amazing and helpful staff.

From the beginning of our wedding experience, nothing was too much trouble. Our wedding co-ordinator was Ella and she was always on hand to answer any questions I had (which I admit at times were probably quite annoying!). The rest of the team were also really friendly and helpful when Ella wasn’t around not just to myself but members of my wedding party when they called or emailed directly.

On the wedding day itself, I didn’t have to worry at all and everything I needed was sorted for me and my husband. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and we had so many guests comment saying they felt like they were on holiday and that it was the best wedding they’d been to!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Ella and the Crow Wood Team for absolutely everything you have done for us and for making our day so incredibly special. We will never forget it!

Well this venue is just out of this world , from the moment I drove up to this venue I knew it was the one . Paige & Elise where amazing they went above and beyond for me . Nothing was trouble for them , Paige made sure the day went smoothly . All my guests where amazed at the venue , staff and most of all the food . The food is amazing , value for money and the drinks range is outstanding . The rooms are beautiful along with the views . There’s a kids play area situated at the front of the building , I had kids at my wedding and it went down a treat . I was offered to stay in a suit the night before which was amazing and more then enough room for my bridal party to get ready in . I stayed in The Bowland Suit I had 10 of us in the room and it was the perfect size . Please please please give this venue a look for your wedding . I can’t wait to go back just to enjoy the food and the rooms . I didn’t use the spa but a few guests did and they loved it .

From start to finish, Paige our wedding planner was amazing! Ever since the day we looked round the venue, nothing was ever too much trouble, and the wedding teams hard work truly reflected on our special day. We had quite large guest numbers which I had found quite stressful and bombarded the team with my millions of calls and emails for months on end, but Paige continuously put my mind at ease and reassured us that everything would run just according to plan, and that it did, if not even better than we had hoped.
Her meticulous attention to details meant that everything from the wedding breakfast, co-ordinating our room dressing with our other suppliers, making sure the bar had the right drinks, to making sure my dress looked perfect for when I walked down the aisle, ran perfectly smoothly thanks to Paige and we are both so grateful for that.
Besides the wedding team, the venue itself is absolutely stunning and even more so when the weather is playing ball. The lake is beautiful out the back, the interior design of the venue is unique, classy and modern, and you really feel like you are in a 5* venue. The wedding breakfast food choice is plentiful and the best food we have ever eaten at a wedding by a country mile. To add, the breakfast the next morning was amazing, the bedrooms are spacious, and immaculately clean and luxurious.

We wish we could do it all again because Crow Wood is magical!

The Best Day Ever. I knew i wanted this venue as soon as i saw it. I was on a spa day (this is a must if visiting) and contacted Paige the wedding planner, she took us around and even though it was still under construction and not yet open i could already see the detail that was being put in. The modern & classy look of the hotel just grabs you as soon as you walk in and flows so well through the hotel. The wedding suite is amazing and the views are so good. It just gives it that extra special touch. From the moment we booked followed through covid Paige supported us throughout the whole thing! Definatly re-assured me in times of need and was always prompt to respond! The lakeside suite is just incredible, my favorite part it the lights. They are so pretty and so romantic, then the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the hills and lake are so special! Just the little things that were well designed with events in mind really help (private bar in the room so your guests arnt missing half the night) toilets just for your guests too within a corner of the room! All the staff at the hotel cant help you enough! I was lucky enough there wasnt an event the day before so the control freak i am was setting everything up the day before and i could see the staff twitching to help haha. THE FOOD. Omg i here horror stories on peoples dry ass chicken breast wedding food, too posh to fill you up with a spoon of soup. NOT HERE the food is incredible we had the blade steak and honestly i have people texting me still to say they are thinking about it. We got its the best wedding food theyve had.. the best MEAL they have ever had! Everyone was stuffed, i even missed the evening food because i was still full but even that was raved about! From start to finish the day was everything i ever wanted. If your thinking of booking. Do it. Thank you so much to everyone at Crowwood, ill be back! 💕

We had our wonderful wedding at Crow Wood at the start of April 2022.

We were scheduled to be one of the very first couples to be married there but then the pandemic hit and we twice had to postpone our big day.

It was certainly third time lucky for us and what a day it was!

We had Paige as our wedding planner right from the very start and she was incredible throughout. So calm and patient with us during what must have been an incredibly stressful and worrying time for herself too. She very quickly answered our questions (no matter what they were!) and made changes where necessary. She offered such wonderful ideas and was extremely professional. We couldn't have asked for any more and when the day finally arrived it was perfect and surpassed our greatest expectations and hopes.

The venue is gorgeous. It's such a beautiful setting and all of the staff and team at Crow Wood work so well together. They were brilliant and so caring and helpful to our guests. The normal rooms are modern and comfortable and the suites following the wedding itself are breathtaking. The choice of food for the wedding was substantial and then we tasted it...the guests told us it was by far the best food they'd ever eaten at a wedding and we agree! The bar has been raised!

We would again like to thank Paige and the whole of the Crow Wood team for helping make what we wanted to be an incredible day...an absolutely incredible day!

From the moment we booked Crow Wood as our wedding venue, the team went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Throughout the planning process, Ella and Paige were quick to respond to every question we had and tried to accommodate all requests. We had lots of communication in the lead up to the wedding to make sure everything was in place and we weren’t overwhelmed. On the day, the hotel and wedding team were amazing. The bridal prep room was ready early in the morning and the staff provided us with breakfast and drinks and anything else we needed. All the food served was delicious and our guests haven’t stopped talking about it! We had various dietary requirements that were met and nothing was too much to ask. Lora was so helpful on the day and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend Crow Wood for any couples who are looking for their wedding venue.
