We would recommend Crow wood as a wedding venue, we booked our wedding 18 months in advance, from start to finish Jody was absolutely amazing and held our hand throughout the whole process.
Our special day was perfect, the food was excellent and the staff were so accommodating, evening singing happy birthday to our nephew.

We got married in August 2025 and Crow Wood was the perfect venue for our special day. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless.

Jody was our wedding coordinator and she was truly amazing. Nothing was ever too big or too small for her to help with, and she was always there whenever we needed her. Thanks to Jody and the incredible team at Crow Wood, we were able to completely relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was already taken care of.

All of the staff at Crow Wood were amazing and so attentive, making the entire day run perfectly. Our guests commented repeatedly on how welcoming and professional the staff were and how smoothly everything flowed.

The venue itself is stunning — the most beautiful setting with absolutely gorgeous grounds. It made the perfect backdrop for our wedding.

The food was outstanding. The wedding breakfast and evening reception food was gorgeous, with so many guests saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We also upgraded the evening food to the street food option and it was so worth it — a huge hit with everyone.

The night before the wedding, I stayed at the farmhouse with my bridesmaids and it was such a lovely, relaxed way to spend the evening before the big day. I would highly recommend doing this.

We recently got married at Crow Wood on Saturday 8th November after booking at a wedding fair in January. Initially I worried about how we would plan a wedding in 10 months but from that first meeting with Jody we were completely put at ease! We were so impressed from the get go at how organised and professional everything was, from the venue to the staff. Jody was always on hand no matter what question or worry I had and gave me so many great tips in all the other aspects of wedding planning. I truly don’t think I would have been able to do it without her! In the lead up to the actual day I was worried about how I would cope with all of the stress and making sure everything happened when it needed to but when the day came crow wood ensured I literally didn’t have anything to worry about. They have the whole day planned perfectly down to a tee! They know what needs to happen and when, and the whole day just went so smoothly from our point of view. Jody introduced me to Anya on the morning of the wedding who was there until there until the meal. She was so organised and we were really impressed with how she managed the staff for the wedding breakfast. She was also great with our entrance song and had listened to it before hand and noticed the build up was quite long so checked with us at which point of the song we would like to enter at. A special mention also to Tanya who made all of the announcements and took us forward into the evening reception, she was great when we had a bit of a dilemma about when to do our entrance into the evening reception as we wanted to do a few pictures outside. Tanya then passed us onto Agi for the rest of the evening. Agi was also amazing and made sure all of our cards and gifts were safely in our room at the end of the night. I was so impressed with the whole venue, every single member of staff is completely professional and just made the whole day go so smoothly. I really liked how when whoever was in charge was finishing for the day we were passed onto the next person it charge, meaning if we had any questions we knew exactly who we were looking for. A special mention for the food, we had so many compliments from our guests, lots of them said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Anyone who is considering booking their wedding at crow wood, just do it!

I cannot recommend Crow Wood enough. It was absolutely perfect! It ticked every box for us, so sleek and modern inside, plenty of rooms for guests, lovely outdoor area, the list could go on!
Every detail was taken care of, we had the best day ever, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.
Jody did an amazing job of guiding us through the wedding planning and answering any question we had no matter how big or small she always had time for us.
I have to mention that the food is excellent, so many guests came up to me to say how lovely their meal was. All the staff were exceptional, from reception to bar to hosts they were all brilliant.

Wow wow wow! This venue and the staff were a 10/10. From the minute we stepped foot inside to view it as a potential venue to the day after our wedding, we could not fault one single thing about it! Jody was unbelievably helpful and nothing was ever too much to ask of her. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to the all the staff, the only bad thing I could say about it was that it went far too fast and I wish I could go back and do it all over again. Anybody who is considering this venue will not be disappointed, all our guests loved it just as much as we did and said it was the best wedding theh had ever attended. We recently had our wedding at Crow Wood Hotel, and we can honestly say it was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we began planning right through to the final dance on the night, the entire team showed an incredible attention to detail that truly made our day unforgettable.

A special thank you must go to Jody, our wedding planner, who has been with us every step of the way. Jody is an absolute credit to Crow Wood – professional, kind, reassuring, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She listened to everything we wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure every element was exactly as we envisioned it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and thanks to her, we felt completely relaxed and confident in the lead-up and on the day itself. Thank you for capturing moments of our wedding and sending a video across to us- we haven't stopped watching it and I only wish we could do the wedding over and over again. We also want to say a special thank you to Nathan who was back and fourth helping with the bridal party the night before and during the day of the wedding - you're professionalism, manners and kindness didn't go unnoticed- nothing was too much trouble and we're so grateful for everything you did for us.

The food was outstanding, with many of our guests commenting on the quality and presentation of every course. It’s clear that Crow Wood takes immense pride in their catering – everything was delicious and served to perfection.

The way the entire wedding was managed – from timings to transitions between different parts of the day – was seamless. It was clear that the team knew exactly what they were doing and had a wealth of experience in delivering weddings to such a high standard. Many of our guests have commented on how well-run the day was and how professional and welcoming the staff were throughout.

We had our wedding at the Crowwood on 31st July- everything about the day was amazing. All of the staff at the Crowwood are really helpful and very friendly- all of our guests commented on this. Special thanks to our wedding planner Jody who made everything run seamlessly on the day and Anya who organised the meal. Rudolf also welcomed all guests at the door. We had a number of guests with allergies- these guests said they had never been to a venue which took their allergies so seriously and ensured they were catered for. The food itself was incredible- guests saying the best food they had ever had at a wedding! We had 180 guests and the food came quickly and efficiently.

The room and the outside area is beautiful- the hotel is so clean and well kept. We were given the Bowland Suite for the night which was lovely I am only sad we didn’t stay another night!

Honestly couldn’t recommend the Crowwood more highly for anyone’s weddings!

Myself and my partner recently got married at Crow Wood and from start to finish had a 5* experience. Our wedding co-ordinator Ella couldn't have done enough for us, the venue itself is beautiful and modern with loads of amazing photo opportunities in the outdoor/green space. The wedding venue space is exclusive to wedding guests and separated from the rest of the hotel which was great. The quality of the food and drink was exceptional and I would 100% recommend upgrading to the BBQ option for the evening food as this added such a nice atmosphere for when the sun was setting! The bridal suite is beautiful, they co-ordinated our guest rooms to be on the same floor, and the running of the day itself was made seamless and easy by Ella and the team. Couldn't recommend this venue enough.

From the first meeting with our wedding co-ordinator, Jody, to the morning we left we had the most amazing experience. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting, the food, the staff were all amazing. If I could do it again I would. The night before package was perfect as we got to spend the day in the spa and the night in the apartment which made it more magical. The suite we had for the wedding night was fabulous we are definitly going back for our first anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always a member of staff looking our for anything Mike or I needed or indeed anyone else in the party.

We honestly had the best wedding ever at Crow Wood, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

From the moment we started planning, Ella was an absolute superstar. She’s the best — always calm, supportive, and somehow knew exactly what to do (and say!) at every stage. She helped us plan everything to perfection and made sure it all ran seamlessly, even with our jam-packed schedule.

We made a full weekend of it — spa day, a lovely evening meal the night before, and lots of our guests staying at the hotel. Ella was with us every step of the way, from sorting bookings to running between us on the wedding day, making sure we were both looked after and stress-free. Honestly, the day wouldn’t have been the same without her.

The wedding itself went off without a hitch. Everything flowed beautifully, and the staff were incredible — warm, professional, and genuinely happy to help. We felt so at ease, knowing we were in such capable hands.

The venue was stunning, the atmosphere perfect, and the food… wow! We’re still getting messages from guests raving about the wedding breakfast — it was absolutely delicious.

We were married at Crow Wood this weekend, and can honestly say it was outstanding. Jody was our planner for over 18 months and she has been unbelievably supportive, professional and full of advice throughout. Jody helped us organise our stay the night before and even helped us check in as well. The farmhouse was fantastic for me and my bridesmaids!
Our day wouldn't have been half the day without her help. The day went so smoothly, all the staff were amazing, helpful and so friendly. We felt completely at ease throughout and they couldn't have done anymore to help. A special mention to Rudolph who is utterly brilliant - if you visit make sure to say hi to him!
We could not have chosen a better venue for our special day, it was incredible, everything we planned and more. All our guests were very impressed with the whole day. The wedding breakfast was perfect, so much so, we have been inundated with messages about it from our guests.

Having visited Crow Wood numerous time we knew we wanted our wedding here and to say that it was our dream wedding is not overexaggerating. The venue, food, service, everything was simply stunning.
