Lains barn is amazing! The venue is stunning and everyone who we spoke to and interacted with were so helpful and friendly. The barn and the grounds around it are gorgeous, and there is plenty of space for guests without it feeling too massive. The food was especially great, service was excellent and very generous portion sizes! (Would recommend the roast pork!) We loved this venue and they helped make our day so so special!

We had such a wonderful experience and wedding day. It really feels like a family rather than a business. Really great fun and nothing is too much trouble. The food is exceptional btw too (not that I managed to eat on the day) Sarah and the Luxters team are amazing and we will miss them!!! Roll on 5 year anniversary.

We had our wedding here in July 2026, it was a fantastic venue and so many of our guests commented on the location. The staff were brilliant to work with all the way from our first viewing and always had our best interests in mind. The communication throughout the process was reassuring and helped us to plan a great day. The food was amazing, especially the lamb and we received many compliments from our guests on both the meat and vegan menus. We would 100% recommend! PS: Having air conditioning in the heatwave was a god send.

Our experience with the Merriscourt team was exceptional from the start, including when Paige showed us around, through to every email, and final good byes. They are very professional and experienced, whilst remaining relaxed and warm. It was brilliant value for money, we felt so well looked after on the day, everything exceeded expectations. We had so many comments from guests about how good the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and we were thrilled with every canapé and course. We were able to tailor our menu with personal touches. The staff on the day were so lovely. You could totally let go. We would choose Merriscourt a million times over if given the chance again. Thank you so much for giving us the best day ever x

Me and my husband were so so happy to be able to get married at Tythe Barn. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The organising was a relatively stress free experience and the day went so smoothly with the help of Rebecca, our incredible wedding coordinator and the bar staff. We found out two days before our wedding that we were in the early stages of pregnancy. Rebecca and the bar staff supported us and were so discreet with our little secret. I had staff bringing me non alcoholic drinks the whole day and we were made to feel so special. Thank you to the team. Our day was made extra special knowing our little one was with us too.

We recently held our wedding at Worton Hall and could not have been happier with our experience. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. The team were always quick to respond, helpful, and happy to answer any questions, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Worton Hall provides a stunning setting with a perfect blend of elegance and charm, creating a wonderful atmosphere for both the ceremony and reception. Our guests commented throughout the day on how lovely the venue was. What really made the day special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. We would highly recommend Worton Hall to any couple looking for a beautiful wedding venue with outstanding service, excellent communication, and a truly brilliant team. What an amazing venue! From our first visit to Cogges Manor Farm to our communication with Janette, to our actual wedding day everything was just perfect!! Cogges offered two fantastic rustic barns which we were able to add our own personalities too. This on top of the beautiful lawn and gardens which offer the ideal place for a drinks reception, especially when the Wisteria has a second blooming. Our family and friends all commented on the relaxed, welcoming setting which Cogges has and how it offered something for everyone. The goats also proved a huge hit with the guests and had everyone smiling, though you may want to double check none have gone missing!! Finally a big shout out to all the staff and volunteers at Cogges and in particular Janette who was an amazing sounding board who listened to all of our ideas, always responded quickly and her relaxed demeanour definitely saved us a lot of stress.

From the moment we walked into stratton Court barn for the first time, we knew it was perfect. Staff so helpful Plenty of space, clean and everything we needed to make our day special Hog roast & icecream van. Delicious

Our wedding at Dovecote Events was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, the service throughout the day was immaculate, and every member of the team went above and beyond to make our day truly special. No question ever went unanswered, and every detail was handled with professionalism, organisation, and genuine care. The team were polite, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that the day was all about us. Mel and Matt were superb throughout the entire process, but a special mention has to go to Tom, who managed the majority of our wedding planning and coordination. Tom is an exceptional human being and a presence you simply cannot miss. His attention to detail, enthusiasm, and support gave us complete confidence every step of the way. As Mr and Mrs Abbott, we are incredibly grateful for everything the team did for us. To anyone considering this venue, we cannot recommend it highly enough—go and visit, see it for yourself, and get your date booked in. 5-star venue, 5-star staff, and a place where unforgettable memories are made.

We got married here in May and couldn’t be happier with the venue, staff and catering! The Barn offers a beautiful setting, we had a lovely sunny day and the views across the fields were amazing, especially at sunset. By night the dance floor looks great with disco ball and outside is nicely lit with festoon lights. The food was incredible. We had so many compliments and guests enjoyed seeing the food being cooked on the fire. Having a sharing option got guests talking and interacting. Our guests also loved the pizzas in the evening! Most of all the service is faultless. Lauren helped us to plan our day start to finish, we were fairly last minute and kept changing our minds about things but, nothing was too much trouble and the answer was always yes. On the day everything ran so smoothly, timings were perfect, staff were friendly and helpful but also unobtrusive. The bar ran really well and the staff were very accommodating (even making sure tequila rose was stocked at the very last minute!). We would whole heartedly recommend anyone considering the Barn at the Bottle & Glass for their wedding to go ahead and book! Thank you so much!
