I would highly recommend Lains Barn! It's affordable, beautiful, and the service from caterers to the wedding planner was very professional and friendly. My husband and I received numerous compliments on the venue from friends.

We had such a wonderful experience and wedding day. It really feels like a family rather than a business. Really great fun and nothing is too much trouble. The food is exceptional btw too (not that I managed to eat on the day) Sarah and the Luxters team are amazing and we will miss them!!! Roll on 5 year anniversary.

We got married here over the summer and the day was just perfect. The pre wedding meetings we had with Grace allowed us to customise everything to create our perfect day. When choosing our venue we went with the great barn due to its idilic views and 3 indoor spaces and large outdoor space meant the guests had ample room and never felt on top of each other. We were very lucky with our weather but had it rained the indoor spaces were definitely big enough for everyone. The food was amazing, we went with the roast which meant the guests carved the meat at the table, this was a great touch and an ice breaker for guests sitting on tables where they didn’t know each other, it also created a lot of laughs with the chefs hat and aprons. Grace was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much and she brought everything to life exactly how we had envisioned it. She also kept us on track with our timings for the day. She was very calm and exactly what was needed. Thanks to Grace and the team for truly making it the most perfect day.

We love you!! Our wedding was nothing short of incredible. The venue is stunning, everything we had hoped for. Stunning surroundings, stunning buildings and interiors but best of all - the whole merriscourt team are absolute super stars and we have loved every minute of working with you. You’ve been there to help us throughout and we’ve genuinely loved talking to you, working with you and everything you’ve done for us. If you’re looking for a Cotswolds wedding venue, THIS IS IT. Paige, Emily and Jodie - all amazing and you will not regret booking this place and getting to spend your wedding planning time dealing with these fabulous people THANK YOU SO MUCH ♥️♥️♥️

We genuinely couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding than The Tythe Barn. From the moment we first visited, we completely fell in love with it. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really made the whole experience so special was the incredible team behind it. We were looked after by Freya, who was absolutely wonderful throughout. She made us feel completely at ease and was always there to answer questions, offer advice and make sure everything came together exactly as we had hoped. In the lead-up to the wedding and on the day itself, we felt like we were in such safe hands. She was calm, organised, warm and genuinely invested in making our day special. Having someone we trusted looking after everything behind the scenes meant we could completely switch off and simply enjoy our wedding. Having the farmhouse for two nights made the whole experience even more special. It meant our wedding wasn’t simply one day — it felt like a proper celebration that we could really take our time to enjoy. Being able to stay the night before, wake up on our wedding morning surrounded by the people closest to us, get ready together, and then come back after the celebrations was just wonderful. The farmhouse itself is absolutely gorgeous and felt like such a luxurious and relaxing place to stay. There was something incredibly special about waking up there on our wedding morning knowing that everything we had spent so long planning was finally happening. Those quieter moments in the farmhouse before and after the wedding are some of the memories we’ll treasure just as much as the day itself. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. The barn looked absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was incredible and seeing everything we had planned finally come together was genuinely magical. We didn’t have to worry about timings or logistics because Freya and the team had everything under control. Our guests absolutely loved Tythe too, and we had so many compliments throughout the day about how beautiful the venue was and how wonderfully everything had been organised. The Tythe Barn gave us everything we wanted from our wedding venue — beautiful surroundings, an incredible atmosphere, gorgeous accommodation and a team who genuinely cared about us and our wedding. Having the farmhouse for two nights was the icing on the cake, and being looked after by Freya made the whole experience even more special. We have the happiest memories of our time at Tythe and would choose it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to Freya and the entire team for giving us the most incredible wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more. ❤️

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding. Worton Hall was absolutely beautiful and everything came together perfectly, but what really made our experience so special was Lauren and Alexandra. From the planning stages right through to the wedding itself, they were both incredibly accommodating, helpful and genuinely lovely. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted it. They made the whole process feel so much easier and we always felt listened to and looked after. On the day, everything ran so smoothly and we were able to just enjoy ourselves without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. The venue looked amazing and we had so many compliments from our guests. We’re so grateful to Lauren, Alexandra and the whole Worton Hall team for helping make our wedding such an amazing and memorable day. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely recommend Worton Hall to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with a fantastic team behind it. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

What an amazing venue! From our first visit to Cogges Manor Farm to our communication with Janette, to our actual wedding day everything was just perfect!! Cogges offered two fantastic rustic barns which we were able to add our own personalities too. This on top of the beautiful lawn and gardens which offer the ideal place for a drinks reception, especially when the Wisteria has a second blooming. Our family and friends all commented on the relaxed, welcoming setting which Cogges has and how it offered something for everyone. The goats also proved a huge hit with the guests and had everyone smiling, though you may want to double check none have gone missing!! Finally a big shout out to all the staff and volunteers at Cogges and in particular Janette who was an amazing sounding board who listened to all of our ideas, always responded quickly and her relaxed demeanour definitely saved us a lot of stress.

We were married at Stratton on 31.08 and we cannot express how perfect the day was from start to finish! We first viewed the venue 5 years ago when we first got engaged and held off booking due to having 2 house renovations before finally booking in 2024, from the first meeting to the final we felt supported by the team and you can really tell how much they love their job! Holly was our coordinator and her energy and love for her couples is infectious! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy in the lead up and on the big day we honestly couldn’t fault her and she is a complete credit to the team at Stratton! Everything was exactly how we imagined from the decor to the music all of the team and external vendors made sure everything was perfect. Our guests couldn’t compliment the venue enough from how beautiful it is, to the range of areas you have exclusive access to for your whole day, everyone was so impressed. The grounds and barn itself are so beautiful and can be decorated in your own way to suit your particular style while still having its own charm. Our content creator had never been to Stratton and absolutely loved it and we had so many places to take pictures in all different styles. We had a lot of extras we wanted for our day, from live singer, sax player, photo booth, sparklers and nothing was too much for the team everything we wanted was encouraged and set up seamlessly. We would highly recommend Stratton Court Barn to anyone for their special day, we can’t thank the team enough and are so grateful for giving us the best day of our lives and memories we will cherish forever! We held our wedding at Dovecote Events, in the paddock outside and then onto the tipi for the rest of the day. We were blown away with how fantastic the team were, nothing was to much trouble for them. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was, how great the food tasted and how lovely the staff were to everyone. Tom was so helpful and supportive. We can't say enough good things about Dovecote, we want to do it all over again with them. Thank you for helping us make our day so special and stressfree your team are fantastic.

Choosing The Bottle & Glass for our wedding reception was one of the easiest and most meaningful decisions we made. It’s a place that holds a special part of our story as it’s one of the first places we ever went on a date, so celebrating our wedding there felt full circle. From our very first enquiry right through to the wedding day itself, the service was absolutely fantastic. We mentioned how personal the venue was to us, and that sentiment was genuinely honoured throughout the entire process. A huge thank you goes to Lauren, whose caring nature and organisation made everything feel effortless. Her communication was brilliant, especially once the portal was introduced, being able to see previous messages, track our invoice balance, and stay on top of tasks made planning so much easier (especially if you’re someone who likes to stay organised, like we do!). The team listened to every request and were incredibly flexible, tailoring details to match our style and vision. There were plenty of changes, questions, and tweaks along the way, but Lauren was always there with expert guidance, reassurance, and quick responses. Her support genuinely made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. The Bottle & Glass team made sure everything ran smoothly and exactly how we imagined. It’s a lovely location, and for us, deeply personal, but truly, it becomes whatever you make it, with a team who will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. If you’re considering having your wedding here, do it. You’ll be in the best hands.
