Keshira and her whole team were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish.

We booked the on the day coordination package but the help with timings and scheduling as well as advice in the weeks running up to the big day was invaluable.

As Keshira herself was already booked for our day we had Rosie supporting who was 10/10.

A big worry for us and our family of holding an at home wedding was the feeling of hosting rather than enjoying the day but that worry was completely taken away. We also took advantage of Keshira’s wider network including Charlotte and her bar team who were brilliant. They went above and beyond with ensuring all guests were happy, and the tidy up operation at the end of the night was a huge help.

Where do I even begin. I have no doubt that our Wedding would not have been as good as it was if it weren’t for Keshira. No problem was too small, no detail overlooked. She was so proactive, helpful and engaged throughout the whole process. She made us feel calm and allowed us to be present during the most important day of our lives. We used Keshira Creative Events for the full planning service for our wedding on 6th June 2026, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made.

Both my husband and I have demanding jobs that involve a lot of travel, so right from engagement, we knew that time would be our biggest challenge. The greatest value Keshira provided was taking away the enormous administrative burden that comes with planning a wedding. She liaised with suppliers on our behalf, coordinated countless details, chased actions, kept everything moving forward and generally made sure things happened when they needed to happen. Instead of spending our evenings and weekends managing suppliers, we were able to focus on making the key decisions and actually enjoy the process.

What was particularly impressive was her flexibility throughout the planning journey. We originally started planning a relatively small garden wedding for around 60 guests, but partway through the process we completely changed direction and moved to a marquee wedding in a different location with 120 guests. Rather than being phased by the change, Keshira adapted seamlessly. She embraced the new vision, helped us navigate all of the additional complexity and managed the transition with complete professionalism and enthusiasm.

As a DIY marquee wedding, there were hundreds of moving parts and an endless number of loose ends. Keshira constantly highlighted considerations that simply would never have crossed our minds. Time and again she would raise something important that we hadn’t even realised needed thinking about, and every single one of those details proved valuable.

She was incredibly organised and made sure everything was planned and scheduled well in advance of the day itself. She visited the site multiple times throughout the planning process to ensure everything was in order, identify potential issues and make sure nothing had been overlooked.

What impressed us most, however, was what happened behind the scenes on the wedding day itself. The weather certainly gave us a few challenges, but Keshira calmly adapted plans, coordinated suppliers and ensured guests were always in the right place at the right time. We later discovered that she had solved multiple problems throughout the day without either of us ever knowing about them. That is perhaps the greatest compliment we can give...while we were enjoying our wedding, she was quietly making sure everything ran smoothly.

She was also incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. Due to our work schedules, there were plenty of occasions where she was only speaking to one of us at a time, or where questions and decisions were being discussed at unusual hours. Whether it was a WhatsApp message during a busy working day or one of those inevitable late night wedding thoughts, she always came back to us quickly with helpful advice and reassurance. She was also kind enough to organise conference calls in the evening or over the weekend.

We originally questioned whether we really needed a wedding planner, especially the full service, but having now experienced the process, I can say without hesitation that Keshira was worth her weight in gold. She removed a huge amount of stress, allowed us to continue focusing on our careers and gave us complete confidence that everything was under control.

She also represented excellent value for money, particularly compared with other wedding planners we obtained quotes from. The suppliers she recommended were all exceptional and performed brilliantly despite some challenging weather conditions on the day. She was also happy to work with suppliers that we had chosen elsewhere.

We genuinely cannot imagine delivering a marquee wedding of this scale without her. Wholeheartedly, we would recommend Keshira Creative Events without hesitation.

Keshira was fantastic with helping myself and my wife in the run up to our wedding with great advice, a useful excel spreadsheet to keep every detail in one place and even emotional support when things became a little overwhelming. On the day of our wedding she was on hand to help finish setting up our venue, co-ordinating the bridal party while getting ready, assisting the grooms party with their suits and button holes, ensured everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right time. I’m sure there are so many other little details that Keshira helped with behind the scenes that you just don’t see or realize on your big day. After being engaged for 5 years, a friend told us about how they hired a wedding planner for their wedding. We were hesitant at first, as we thought we didn't really have the budget. Turns out, it was 100% worth it. Keshira was a joy to work with, very responsive and flexible. We are from different countries and have kids so having someone you can trust to take over all the admin, find all your dream suppliers and help you tie all things together was all we needed and I would do it all over again. From her recommendation of staff to crafting custom espresso martinis from scratch (because my "bridezilla" moment was that I couldn’t stand the pre-made cans), she went above and beyond.

There aren't words strong enough to really illustrate how brilliant Keshira was as our wedding planner. From meeting her the first time we knew how skilled she was at interpreting our vision and adding so many ideas to really enhance it and ensure it could be delivered.

Keshira's network also meant that we were able to have things at our wedding that we never would have thought of but that really tied the day together and people really enjoyed. We also had a budget to keep to and Keshira was really effective and understanding where we could compromise and where we could slightly adapt our plans to ensure we could still achieve what we wanted to from our day.

In the lead up to the wedding where things typically get really stressful when you are doing a wedding at a private location, Keshira really supported us to ensure we weren't overwhelmed and ensured everything worked smoothly.

She managed things we hadn't even thought of and I couldn't recommend anyone more to support you on the day as she is able to think so quickly on her feet and troubleshoot so there is no stress for you and you can really concentrate on having a great day

In summary, we really couldn't recommend Keshira more, couldn't have done our wedding without her and consider her a friend and someone who was a key part of such a brilliant day.
