What can we say! From start to finish Katie was amazing. As soon as we had our first call we knew she was the perfect fit - you can just tell she gets it. From that first chat, to our conversations throughout the process, to our meeting at the venue, to the actual day...we could not have done it without Katie - it would not have been the day it was without her. We originally hired Katie back in 2019 for our wedding scheduled for July 2020 at St John’s College, Oxford. That didn’t end up happening due to the pandemic, and after multiple postponements due to COVID restrictions and military commitments we finally got married in August 2023.

Katie is an exceptional wedding planner who brought our dream three-day wedding extravaganza to life. Over the course of a year and a half, she was an unwavering pillar of support, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our day was perfect.

We interviewed many wedding planners when we first got engaged, but from our very first interaction, Katie’s warmth and professionalism avoided seeming “commercialised” and instead put us at ease and made us confident that we wanted to work with her. In fact, one of the most remarkable aspects of working with Katie was her unparalleled ability to anticipate our needs. Big thanks to Katie for all her hard work on helping us organise our wedding! She was super calm and organised the whole way through and was great at picking up on lots of details we would have missed. She was great at understanding what we wanted and turning this into a reality. We had a magical day and couldn't have done it without her.

We spoke with a few Wedding Planners for our wedding and immediately knew that Katie was the right person for us. Not only did she know the majority of our suppliers but she instantly made us feel so relaxed and excited about the whole day.

We hired Katie for our 'on the day coordination' and she was absolutely brilliant. She was always there to offer sage advise or speak to suppliers on the run up to the event. As for the day before the wedding Katie was invaluable in helping with the set up and calming any pre-wedding nerves, it felt just like having a friend there that you'd known for years. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to be there on the day, organising suppliers/guests/us all the while being so kind, calming and joyful. We completely trusted her and, as proven, were absolutely right to.

Katie took over the final stages of planning for our dry hire wedding. She handled all the coordination in the 3-4 weeks leading up to the wedding. This included a site visit with us at the venue, becoming the point of contact for all the suppliers, and creating a detailed plan for the day itself. Katie had loads of useful suggestions that hadn't occurred to me, including suggestions for fixtures and a recommendation for a local hire company that was able to provide tables and chairs with only two weeks to go. Even little details that made a big difference, such a recommending using a confetti basket instead of individual confetti packets! On the day itself, Rosie from Katie's team was there to open the venue for us in the morning and finish off setting up.

It was absolutely invaluable for me to have this service in the last few weeks before the wedding. The communication with Katie was excellent throughout. I felt that she "had my back" in those last few weeks. It was very reassuring to know that I could pass on last minute tasks to her or email her with questions. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone who is in need of a wedding planner.

We were living abroad in the lead up to our wedding and we decided that we needed someone to help us plan the day. Hiring Katie was the best decision we made. After our first conversation with her, we felt a load removed from us, as her experience of planning weddings like ours, really gave us reassurance.

She was so calming and organised throughout the whole process and worked really well with all our suppliers. She made sure everything worked smoothly behind the scenes throughout the whole wedding weekend. More sensitive family issues were handled delicately and effectively in the lead up and on the day. Katie even stayed later than we had paid her to do to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible. My mum commented on how hands on and practical you were with the set up when emotions are high. Katie even purchased loo rolls the morning of the wedding! When I said I had a “wedding planner” involved my mum was expecting someone who would be loud, opinionated and making us spend money on novelties. You couldn’t have been more different - you were unflappable and made the whole wedding timings go seamlessly without involving us as bride and groom.
