Having Natasha from Pearline Events for our dry hire, multicultural and bilingual wedding was THE best decision we made. It’s hard to sum it all up in one review!

We contacted Natasha about 8months before our wedding, and from the first meeting, we knew we’d made the right choice. Throughout our wedding planning journey we stayed in regular contact and she was always responsive, and made us feel like a priority every step of the way.

She coordinated with all our confirmed suppliers, shared a detailed timeline for the day with everyone involved, and handled logistics so we didn’t have to worry. People knew who to go to which gave us the capacity to enjoy our day.
The day before the wedding, we had a stressful incident and—no exaggeration—Natasha appeared like magic to save the day.
We are now over 2 weeks after our wedding and our friends and family continue telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding and how happy and present we were. That wouldn’t have been possible without Natasha. We were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing she had everything in hand.

One of my many memorable moments was just before walking down the aisle, when Natasha straightened my dress and veil. That simple gesture showed how much she genuinely cares about every aspect of the day.

Planning one of the biggest events of your life is a labour of love. Our wedding was truly the best day and we thank Pearline Events for making it memorable.

The best wedding planner, EVER!

Not quite sure where to start to say all the amazing things we have to say about Natasha and Pearline events, who helped plan our wedding and made our vision come to life, exceeded all expectations, so we’ll just start by saying a huge THANK YOU!

We will forever be grateful for Natasha for making things happen at an often tricky to deal with (but oh so beautiful, made more beautiful by Natasha) venue (St Ethelburga’s in the heart of the city of London) so if she can do that, I am pretty sure she can tackle anything! Her professionalism and passion was clear from our first consultation with her, and as soon as we hung up the call, we both said WE NEED HER, and I’m so glad we went ahead and booked her, so if you’re hesitant, don’t be, just make that call. I will absolutely be recommending Natasha to anyone who even utters “engagement”, “wedding”, or “party”. Everyone needs Pearline Events in their life.

She helped source crucial suppliers at a dry hire (!) venue, listening to our requests and providing us with various options to choose from, all of which met our requests, and therefore still felt really personal to us, whilst adding her own touches of creativity. Natasha did so much vendor management in to the run up to the wedding too (managing photographers, make up artist, caterers etc.) and that just took all our stresses away, how lucky are we?!

Natasha was also the ULTIMATE on the day Co-ordinator, having to prepare the same space three times for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception. She pulled it off without a hitch, and everyone commented how amazing she had been, and how at ease she made everyone feel, leaving us, our family and friends to enjoy the day. She really felt like a friend, and supported us throughout the day making sure we were hydrated and checked in on (thank you Natasha). Once again, make that call, and get her on board as soon as you can. You won’t regret it. 5 stars doesn’t feel enough!

The best choice ever.

Hiring Natasha was the best thing I ever did for my wedding. She came in and smoothed out the timeline and planned each detail. The team took care of everything, and I mean everything. Directed the walk in with family, when food came out, packed up at the end and even severed pizza for late night snacks.

Made a tea for me and carried it too my table so I would not spill it on my dress. Mingled with guest to check everything was going well. We had alot of entertainment and Natasha made is run seamlessly.

When I say my guest enjoyed my wedding, they said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Natasha took my stress away and came in like an angel and did everything possible to make it an amazing day.

Really no words and say how grateful I am.
