How do you work?

We provide a complimentary consultation to find out what is desired and talk through our wedding planning packages and venue styling options. We then work closely with our client from there on

What are the forms of payment?

BACS by Invoice or Card Payment via our payments portal A tailored package will be sent via email for the clients approval. Once accepted, and invoice will be sent with the above payment options

Definitely a professional wedding and event planner 



The best wedding planner! Siobhan is not only an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool person. She made the whole process of planning my wedding easier and stress free. Being abroad (in HONG KONG) and having her in charge had a great outcome, regardless cultural difference and time zone matter. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so wonderful. I can’t get over of how amazing was my wedding day was! Siobhan, we love you and we are forever grateful! My big day won't be that smooth without you and your team! I will definitely be using her for all my future events and strongly recommend to my friends in Hong Kong and London.

Incredible Wedding Planning and Decorating Team

Siobhan and her team and Signature Moments, were brilliant.

From our initial conversation, Siobhan provided us with a variety of options along with her extensive advice and knowledge.

Siobhan made the setup of our venue, hassle free - from the venue visit to even a last minute addition, the team were brilliant.

Amazing value for money and such a professional service.

On the day, the team decorated our venue beautifully and would highly recommend their services.

Wedding celebration

Siobhan and team at Signature Moments were very helpful in contacting and arranging wedding plans with suppliers. Also flexible to accommodate our requests, and able to make changes at short notice. Good communication with team, who were available to ensure small details were dealt with. This all ensured the day went well.

Personalised service taking strain from the day

A personalised and responsive service listening to our needs and considerate of our budget and preferences. They offered great advice and support throughout the process taking strain from the build up and the day itself. Everyone was wowed by the reception decoration and the day was a wonderful experience.

Married on 29/5/21 stress free

From the beginning to end I did not have to worry about a thing for our wedding. We booked on the day coordination and decorations for the church and marquee. Signature Moments shows up on time and everything ran so professionally. My husband and I were number 1 priority and it really showed on the day. Thank you Signature Moments for making our day so special and stress free.

Truly professional wedding planner

Working with Siobhan is the best decision we had made for planning our wedding, and I couldn't be happier with her services. From start to finish, Siobhan shown her professionalism and negotiation skills during the planning stage. She took care of every detail with precision and efficiency, advice us on different aspects and bring out the best with such a tight budget.
On the wedding day, everything went off without a hitch, and I was able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that Siobhan had everything under control. She helps us to make decision on some minor issues without bothering us. And she would let us know what decision she made once available. I would highly recommend Siobhan to anyone looking for a skilled and experienced wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your day memorable.

Excellent tailored wedding day coordination service to fit our budget and ideas. Value for money & Highly recommended

Signature Moments team were nothing short of amazing! Our wedding would not have been the seamless spectacle it turned out to be without their tireless efforts. They truly went well beyond their duties in making this wedding so amazing. with them in the engine room on the day everything was gracefully and they managed the high pressure environment exceptionally well. They coordinated and align all the suppliers/vendors as soon as the they on board with the ideas and timeline we wanted to execute on the day. Signature Moments definitely come highly recommended. What else can I say except thank you for making our wedding day such an amazing day.

Great support and wedding coordination

Great support on the days leading up to the wedding day with coordination with all suppliers, venue and also bridal party.

Well looked after on the wedding day and we were able to kick back and enjoy without worrying about the stresses that come with the day because we knew it was being taken care of.

Great compliments from friends and family especially on how well organised the wedding was on the day due to Siobhan and her lovely team. Thanks again for all your support and working hard to make our day memorable one.
