How do you work?
We offer an introductory call for free. Then we sit down and go through your plan in detail, creating a pack for you and us. On the day we work from your plan to coordinate your day how you saw it
What are the forms of payment?
If you choose us after our introductory call we require a 50% deposit by cash or bank transfer to set the date. Full payment is required the day before the wedding in cash/bank transfer

Thank you so much Sofia!
We hired Sofia the help coordinate our wedding day as we had a dry hire venue and a lot of different vendors attending also
getting married at a church and having the reception at a barn located 25 minutes away we wanted someone to be able to help with set up and coordination whilst we were getting married.
After my initial phone call with Sofia I knew I had found my coordinator- Sofia was so kind and helpful and it was like she was inside my head as before I asked a question she had answered it. I knew she really understood my vision for the day and would do a great job getting everything sorted leaving me stress free which is exactly what happened! Sofia and Betty attended on the wedding day and were straight into setting up and helping other suppliers and members of the wedding party to make sure everything was in place. They then arrived at the church to ensure set up was completed and everyone was in place
before my arrival and then once ready they organised the bridesmaids and my entrance into the church. They blended into the wedding and I didn't even notice they were there setting up or moving furniture.
They helped at the reception keep to timings as this was so important for us to make sure food etc was served on time and no one was
waiting hungry. They stayed until our first dance was done- right on time might I add!
They were so wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who is getting married! Thank you again!

Highly recommend
Sofia and Nadia were fantastic - cool and calm ahead of time about what we needed to do (and recognising what we had already done!). Sofia pulled together a really clear plan for the day and took all the stress off, working quietly and thoughtfully to ensure everything went as we had hoped. We spoke to lots of potential vendors, and super happy we went with Sofia and team

Best idea we've had!
Hiring Wedding Day Genie was without a doubt the best decision we made for our wedding day. From the moment they arrived, everything ran seamlessly and stress-free. They were organised, calm under pressure, and ensured every little detail was taken care of so we could simply enjoy the day. We genuinely felt like guests at our own wedding. The key to a relaxing and seamless day!
From the moment we met Sofia (digitally) we knew she was the perfect person to coordinate our wedding. No question was too small or silly. Everything was handled professionally and beautifully. I would 100% recommend wedding day genie for a seamless day! They take care of things so you can relax and enjoy.

Worth every penny
I cannot praise Sofia highly enough - she allowed me and my family to have a stress free day and actually enjoy the wedding we’d spent months and months planning!!
I’ll be honest, when I first told people I was booking a wedding day coordinator a lot were confused and didn’t see the value. Every single one of them have since said to me that Sofia & Betty, her assistant, were worth every penny! They made sure everything happened as it should, any issues were dealt with without me needing to get involved (which happened on our day due to some rain limiting what a supplier was able to provide), our rooms were set up as we wanted, the right music played at the right time, supporting the photographer to get through group shots quickly, and be our master of ceremonies.
I don’t think I saw Sofia stand still throughout the entire day. She’s absolutely brilliant and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be able to enjoy their day with minimal stress 🤍

There aren't enough words - we simply couldn't have done our day without Wedding Day Genie!!
Honestly just hire Sofia and her team! We had a fusion wedding (as an English-Indian couple) and so there wasn't really a template for us to follow for our day. We had to design a day that incorporated traditions, religious and non-religious elements that would work for both sides of our families and so we spent many months putting together a vision for our very unique wedding. We knew that on the day, we would likely get queries from suppliers, and also guests about what needed to happen and when. We also did a dry hire of our venue, so didn't have project management support from them on the day.
So, we looked for a wedding coordinator who could help solely with on the day management, making sure the day ran exactly how we planned and dreamed it would be. In stepped Sofia, who exceeded our expectations for the seamless running of our day - she was so organised and understood exactly what we wanted through our pre-wedding briefing calls with her. She also made sure our day ran to time, and all the small little elements we wanted were accounted for, that our guests are still talking about with us! Nothing got forgotten, and it was quite frankly the best day of our lives thanks to the management of Wedding Day Genie!

Sofia and the team were great!
We spent months planning and only considered wedding coordination last minute, so when Sofia was able to step in (very last minute) we felt so relieved, she doesnt have a 'one size fits all approach' and that was really important to us. We only found out about things that she fixed after the wedding (as we asked) and we can't imagine what we would have done without her. Our caterer turned up with 50 sets of cutlery less than we needed! We now know that her team jumped into action and sorted the problem, and on the day we were none the wiser! She was with us the whole time, fixed my dress before I walked down the aisle, dealt with all the vendors, just what we needed. Definitely recommend her as a coordinator, it felt like she was making her own wedding happen, she really cared. Thank you!
